Venetian plaster is still very popular in 2024 and supposed to carry over into next yr. It kay be outdated but i love old world decor and tuscany styles. Well maybeits more of European with stenciling. Interior designers say its outdated but i dont care. I'm redoing my whole house and having a blast doing it.
Hi Amy. I have been watching ALL your videos. You make this look so easy. I have ordered alot of your products and would like to know where you got that stencil on the sample board....the old one? ty!
You should smooth the walls with joint compound and then prime the walls. They have orange peel or texture on a lot of walls here in Texas. We do a lot of italian plasters.
hello Amy ☺️. I love their products, but I don't know if I can buy them in the city where I live (Guadalajara, Mexico). I have seen his works on furniture, but I especially love this one, 😍
Once you have burnished the Venetian Plaster, and have hung pictures on the wall, if you want to patch up the nail holes (you are redecorating or selling your house or something), how would you go about making the wall look brand new, like there were never nail holes in the first place? Is it possible to not look like it was patched up?
Not really possible to repair without a trace. That's one of the biggest disadvantages of this finish. With untinted plaster you will have better luck than tinted.
I have read that you should always use dry pigments to color the plaster so it doesn’t effect the consistency. Can anyone tell me if that’s true or not ....
OMG. ! You guys are SOOO ADORABLE! I am extremely excited to watch more of your videos ! You are very CREATIVE !😍🙌🏼
Thank you so much!!
Amy you're Great. I love your taste in decor, same as mine. :)

What’s the best way to clean the stencil?
Thank you Amy, how did you make that second example of Venetian plaster with the stencil on it that you showed as an example of adding to your walls?
I already saw in the information box 👍🏻. I had not looked at the information, thanks for that 👏🏻👏🏻☺️

Going to do this in my bathroom

Beautiful work, I would like something like that for a wall of my little house 😍👍🏻
I’d love to see a demo of the thicker technique. Does it have to be burnished to get the water resistant quality? I would like a more matte finish.
Where do you buy this powder in the bag?
Amazing! I’ve got to do this in my new home- can’t wait! Amy, you’re going to create a Venetian Plaster Monster😈- this stencil is gorgeous! So chic❤️

Hi what is the material you are working on in the video. Wayne

Also be very careful with the trowels and cleaning them. The more you use it the sharper they becomes almost like a knife. It will cut you.
What is the price for your plaster very interested

What are the ingredients of Venetian plaster? How to make it
Can you paint it with regular latex paint? As a backsplash in a kitchen, does it clean up well?
If you pay to have Venetian plaster in your house you will never want to paint over it 1 it more beautiful than any paint finish 2 very very expensive

Did she say "STEW-coe?" I believe it's pronounced "stuck-O" in most of the English-speaking world.
Thanks for the video, Amy. You're a doll-face!
Beautiful but hold on you have to use wax it is water resistant but not oil resistant until you apply the wax this is a fact
Can I use on plastic tile around my bathtub?
