I love the KM 184 which I use for spoken word - just like Swedish Radio do in their morning and afternoon news programs (P1 Morgon and Studio Ett). So natural without any fatiguing excess low end.

am a huge fan of neuman mics since i got my first one. A KMS 105 that i use for vox. looking forward try it on the snare 🙌🎙
Thank you for this very informative video. My impression is that when you introduce those room mics , an odd phase effect is taking place mainly noticeable in snare . Maybe is how i hear things . I use my InEar ProPhile 8 headset .Am i correct? Thanks again.
how about km184/185 on snare ? if it capable for toms,- can it do snare? thanks
3:12 KM184 is an affordable mic? LOL, WHAT? I mean I can buy it, but it's not like it's affordable.

@@user-gh9iw1of2y haha true :D I just bought an "affordable" TLM 102 with shock mount from outlet for 489€. Replacing my now probably 20yo NT1000 as drum overhead. So far I like it very much.
