This Yacht seems to be absolutely spotless. Impossibly clean....eat off the deck perfection. Things that need help might be the flybridge access ladder, a dirtier engine room...(proving that the John Deere engines ran more than 1100 Seconds.) A few cushions to reduce glare for the Captain...
P.S. Yacht Buoy: You need to slow down the video, move some things around AND open cabinets. This would prove the yacht's live aboard qualifications.. If an owner is selling a Yacht, he would probably be OK with you looking into a few things. You may need to give him/her a heads up, but it's all part of the Game.
Overall: This is an Explorer Yacht at a very agreeable selling price. It will require upgrades to make it a Oceanic Explorer Yacht, though.

Did we miss something? One small fridge and no freezer, on an explorer yacht? Reasonably priced and well built i would think, some hits but some misses. Thanks for the tour!

@@MS-bh3uw -- is the boat _really _*_necessary?_*
Of course it is! I mean it is a tiny tub with Jacuzzi jets - looks like could be great after a difficult grind on land or ice!
I was hoping for more technical area, maybe a laundry area and yes, at least two semi large freezers!
Maybe the mechanical/engine room could handle some more kit?
The tankage is massive though with what, about 4000L of fuel tankage - 3000NM range? Not bad, necessarily @ 10KNTs, though I could see adding way more solar and I wonder if this could benefit with some sailing rig - main mast to really extend that range (though speed may go down a few KNTs) - and folding props would work better if it were a motor sailor.
1000L for potable water, presumed water maker and generator to handle heating (cooling?) and potable water refill - though a modern _water maker_ could work in a pinch and not take up a ton of space or power. 500L back water tank, yikes! Three heads ... is nice, two cabins - turn the 3rd (maybe) into storage or technical area - done!
      Not bad!

If that 3000nm range @ 10 knots is accurate. then that is quite amazing. Dial her back to 8 knots and you're probably looking at 4000nm's. To put that in perspective, the Nordhavn 55, which is a similar length (although 40% extra displacement), has a range of 3000nm @8.25 knots....but her fuel tanks are more than double that of Rosephine.
Between those fuel savings and her price to buy, Rosephine should be a serious contender.

yeah, unless you can fish and have tons of dry/canned goods!

Good use of space. They really got everything in there as much as they could. This would be a great cold water boat. Not so sure I would take it someplace tropical since those airvents look more suited for heat as opposed to AC cooling, but it is a smaller boat so it would probably cool down pretty well. These are the boats though I imagine going through the north sea around Norway, Greenland, Sweden and Denmark then going over the poles to make it down to Labrador off the coast of Canada

The cutest little ship I have ever seen. I just love steel canoe hulls. I'm not a fan of over sized looking speed boats. I don't usually like fly bridges but this one is compact and does not look like a pimple on a pumpkin. I would have even been happy with a single engine on this little ship. I grew up in Hull England and most of the big steel Trawlers that ventured into the North Sea only had one engine. I'm a believer in KISS.

She's a beautiful ship, but I agree with some of the other comments - if she's going to be a liveaboard explorer, I think she'd need some changes. Her range means you could be cruising for almost two weeks, but with that galley setup I don't think you'd have provisions for more than two or three days. I'd probably get rid of the dining area in the galley to put in a pantry, a freezer, and another fridge (perhaps also a chest freezer on the fly bridge). I would also badly want a washer/dryer somewhere on board. Most logical place for that would probably be where the day head is now, unless we wanted to pull that jacuzzi out and put in a more standard shower.

I love this boat. Were it within my power, I would be on the phone with the broker right now. 3.45 metres is 11 feet 4 inches. Regarding the fly bridge. I loathe direct sunlight and desire travelling to rougher places where a steel hull is advantageous, like Alaska, the North sea, etc., so I see it being aerodynamically enclosed against weather.

It's now 8/24 and it still appears to be for sale, at the same price. I was just casually looking for a possible "great loop" boat. With the draft, and height, this might work. I'm not an experienced boater. What concerns me here is the top side seems to be redone, making it look nice. But, the electrics, circuit panel, original dated engines and systems below deck concern me. Even the smallish cabins/quarters below are fine, and I like the steel hull. But I don't want to buy a "project". I'm just afraid this is too much of a project for me. I would do the same thing if I were selling it. It has good bones. Best luck! Peace --gtr

Love the look, but so many drawbacks. Aft cockpit way too small for relaxing, only outdoor socializing space is on un-shaded fly bridge. Access to fly bridge is via steep ladder -- try climbing that holding a plate of sandwiches in rolly seaway! Interior is nice but only one small refrigerator is way too limited for living aboard or long cruises. I did not see two critical pieces of equipment in the engine room -- stabilizers or air conditioning compressors. That soft-bilged, canoe-stern yacht will roll gunwale to gunwale in a beam sea. No A/C limits usage to Scotland north. Enjoyed the video, but thanks but no thanks on the yacht.

A very beautiful boat but i have 5 comments. 1. Where is the fridge? 2. Where does the anchor chain go through the hull? 3. Does it have a washing machine and tumble dryer? 4. I personally think that the position of the top helm is a waste of deck space. Why not putting it in forward on the deck to utilise the whole upper deck, because if you put the dinghy on top there is no moving space and last, I cannot understand why boat builders put the master cabin forward in the hull. This is where the most movement is at sea.

As nice as she is, there is a long list of modifications that need to be made: Stabilizers (100k), additional cold storage and minor mods to kitchen (20k), remove day head and make laundry (15k), add water maker (8k), and the upper deck??? I don't see a way to fit anything bigger than a 10ft dinghy (10k), solar and LiFePo4 batteries (25k), the dinghy itself (20k). Swim Platform or way to board from dinghy (20k), that's a lot of work, and to make a platform look decent on a canoe stern requires more design skill than I have.
