  • Get ready to recreate this fun Cartoon effect Christmas Pudding Chocolate Biscuit Cake.
    I had a go at creating another cartoon effect cake earlier in the year and have been eager to have another go at one so thought it would be a great idea to merge that with my need to try making a Chocolate Biscuit cake too. I hope you enjoy this fun festive cake idea.
    Plus if your not a fan of traditional xmas pudding then this is a fab alternative, the chocolate biscuit cake tasted amazing 😋 So, grab your apron, don your chef's hat, and let the animated fun begin! 🍰🌟
    Chocolate Biscuit Cake Ingrediants;
    400g Dark Chocolate
    450g Milk Chocolate
    400g Melted Butter
    400g Golden Syrup
    150g Digestive Biscuits
    150g Rich Tea Biscuits
    185g of Maltesaers
    A Handful of Lotus Biscuits
    A pack of Maltesers Biscuits
    A Handful of white chocolate drips
    6” Sphere Tin plus some cling film
    Chocolate Biscuit Cake Recipe;
    1) Use cling film to line the spherical tin leaving extra cling film hanging over the sides.
    2) Melt chocolate, butter and golden syrup together in a heatproof bowl stirring occasionally.
    3) Bash the biscuits into pieces using a rolling pin. (Put them in a plastic bag first so they don't go everywhere!).
    4) Stir the broken biscuits into your mixture.
    5) Spoon the mixture into the two halves of the sphercial tin. Level the surfaces and then push the two halves together to form your ball shape.
    6) Leave to cool, then put the chocolate mixture in the fridge for 2 - 3 hours to set.
    7) Turn out the cake, peel off the cling film and decorate :)
