Tasty and easy to make omelette pizza breakfast :
Things you need
- a small deep pan with a lid
- 4 eggs
- a bit of butter
- a few slices of pepperoni
- a slice or two of cheese
- half of a paprika
- spices like salt, pepper and personally I love to add a bit of garlic grains
How to make:
- break the eggs down into a small bowl or whatever you want to mix them in
- slice the paprika into small pieces
- throw the paprika into the unmixed eggs together with the spices of your choice
- mix everything together until the eggs look like one liquid and completely broken down
- put the pan on very low heat and spread the little piece of butter all over
- put the pepperoni slices on the pan
- put cheese on top of the pepperoni
- cover it all with your broken down yolks
- put the lid on and wait about 10-15 minutes
- take the lid off and you should have a puffy pizza omelette
It might sound really bad to some of y’all but trust me, just try this. It’s a breakfast full of protein and good carbs to fuel you through the day.

I made this exact meal a few days ago but had the peppers raw because I prefer them raw and I'm bad at making omelettes so it was more like scrambled eggs with the same ingredients.

A stone is equivalent too 12 pounds it’s not well known as it’s only used in the uk but I’m lucky my teacher taught me when I was younger

Honest easiest recipe i can give is:
2 tins of chilli con carne
LOTS of cholula chipotle sauce
Generous amount of smoked paprika
Light amount of brown sugar
you should try this easy bussin biscuits and gravy you get jimmy dean meat thing then crush it up cook it add flour till its like all powdery then add about a little less than half a gallon of milk but slowly then you put salt and pepper then some biscuits whatever you like so easy soooo goood idk the measurements cause ive been tought to eye it but yeah its so simple and so good

1) First get some greek yoghurt and add in a bowl.
2) Add oats, raisins, nuts and dried fruit and mix well (you can buy these ingredients separately or buy trail mix/granola).
3)Top it with a drizzle of honey.
4)Eat.
Im a runner, and treadmills suck in my opinion. I hate how hard you hit the ground each step, and outside is just so much better
Where I live winters are hella cold and summers are like 100 to 110 everyday and the winters and summers are super long and so I use treadmills because I won’t be freezing or burning yk
To each their own but I still run outside in the summer mornings when it gets up to 115ish each day. Normally when I’m running it’s about 100-105. I don’t tend to go when it’s hotter than that only because my phone gives a heat warning and shuts down and I’m totally music reliant when running. I don’t recommend this though for most people lol

@@DaMailMan4391 I feel ya. Yea I’m pouring sweat so bad that I can’t change songs on my phone because my screen doesn’t respond to touch when hands are wet. So I have to put on a long playlist and just leave it alone heh

Yeah, that tracks. I have noted people who are overweight and obese tend to be far more emotional and reactive (based on what I have seen online, like those fat influencers vs healthy ones) (It is motivation for me to not reach 200 pounds. I flip flop between overweight and obese personally at 165-170 pounds, at 5'3")

treadmill with 3mph speed and level 12/15 is very well too, dont need to be running, spend half an hour doing that and you'll have your lower body in shape pretty quick and really good for calories burning

Make some Garlic bread with Mrs. Baird’s bread loaf. Take a slice, cover it with butter like Country Crocs (not too much so you don’t get morbidly obese) and sprinkle it with an even coat of garlic powder. Put it in the oven and broil it on high until it turns a nice gold color. The edge should be crispy while the center is nice and soft.
country crock isn’t butter it’s vegetable oil
I have a recipe for just white rice that you buy in bags that you can get at your local walmart or dollar general
1.Pour your rice into any bowl that you want big or small and fill it up with I would say a cup of rice and for a big bowl probably 2 cups or more i usually just eyeball it,
2.Put water into your bowl and fill the water just a little above your rice.
3. Put it in the microwave for 16 minutes if you used a big bowl and for a little bowl i would say about 12ish minutes.
4. Once it is done put two spoon fulls of butter the butter amount depends on what bowl you used.
5. Then your done and I recommend puting cilantro, lime juice or salt and some sort of meat.
If you put to much butter you can mess it up so just be careful on how much you put same goes for the lime juice :)

Running on a treadmill is very easy and steady but I do get really bored so I usually just watch Family Guy while I’m running on the treadmill and my speed tends to be faster on the treadmill because I’m keeping up with the pace i set and they have it on well when I run outside I get to see things and the winds in my face and I have more time to think but with the unexpected inclines and looking both ways before crossing the street my time does hinder
I'd say running outside is much better as it allows different elevation and it's also good to go outside rather than staying inside

1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
2 teaspoons melted margarine
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg

as a runner I'm going to say that running outside is better in my opinion because you can control your pace and i just enjoy it more

I'm starting to get back into the habit of walking/running, and I can say with my whole chest that I ABHOR treadmills. When compared to an hour long walk where the main focus isn't the time, treadmills pale in comparison. It's just so boring!!! When I'm outside, I focus on finishing my route, and not how much time I'm walking or running for. The fun is in the walk/run, and the time spent exercising is just a side benefit of that walk/run. For me, treadmills aren't a sustainable way to exercise. That's just me though, and any form of exercise is a valid one.

A lot of it can be diete control, but that's the most common fix while for some people it's just that they need is just exercise 😁

im 17 i stopped drinking them but i started drinking them when i was 16 and truly energy drinks are bad for you i drank 3 a day til it caught up to me this year and even just drinking one a day made me throw up i switched back to my big cup of coffee i can focus more i have less headaches less staying up all night i was drinking prime energy but nothing happened with bang energy it was weird maybe you or someone can explain why one effected me and one didn't but love you're vids pancho

Yeah. Since I go to uni about 13 hours a day (due to large spacing between classes) I like to go around campus and use the stairs to pass time, instead of sitting down.
ima tell you one of my wanting to make recipes my mom won't let me make it and it sounds so good turkey burger or chicken burger you can use beef like normal pigs in a blanket but turkey any kind of sauce tomato or alfrado garlic parm i would use cabbage take the cabbage deleave it cook the leaves until you are able to eat them soft and put a small tiny bit of oil in the bottom of a oven pan roll the meat into the cooked cabbage and when you are done making them pour how ever much sauce you want on it and then put it in the oven i call then white halupki's

For the idea of dieting being 90% of loosing weight I do believe that. But I also don’t think it’s true for me. bc I have the opposite problem they have, although I am getting better. I used to be a gymnast and i think i the diet dropped down to like 70% bc I was exercising at least 7 hours a week. ( 3 1/2 hour practice twice a week) on the school year plus almost daily working out. And over the summer 10 1/2 hours at the very least. (3 1/2 hours three times a week) plus summer school pe daily exercises. So exercise played a huge part for me. But I also was only eating dinner for months and sometimes not even that (even on the days I had practiced) so that also played a big part in how much weight i lost. I went from 140 to 115 in like 4 months. For reference I am a 5’5 female. (the average is 130-155 lbs for my hight and age).

This is a recipe I grew up with, it's much healthier than cereal and it tastes awesome.
Oatmeal Porage:
2 Cups Oats
1/3 Cup brown sugar
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ginger
1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves
1 Tbs Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbs Molasses
2-3 Tbs Unsalted Butter
2 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Make sure to let it sit for a couple minutes after mixing everything together that way the oats soke everything up well.
Then pour it into a baking pan (Glass pans work the best) and cover it with plastic wrap, let it refrigerate over night then bake it at °375 F. in the morning.
You can eat it just like it is or pour milk over it in a bowl, it's really good with milk.

Avocado Bacon Sandwich: mash up an avocado, slice a tomato into three pieces, and put two pieces of bread in the toaster. When the bread is done, spread the avocado on the toasted bread and put the three tomatoes on. Have bacon cooking in the oven in the background. spread a garlic aioli drizzle over the bread and put the bacon on it. then if you want, add everything bagel seasoning and mayonnaise!
This is how I’ve always done my bacon sandwiches 😩
