I Think she used the same pan in sauteing in that way all of the jusices remains, the thing about seafood though is that when its overcooked, it tends to be rubbery, I think Ms. Marj did it perfectly ❤
I just made this pasta last night but I added scallops.. i wish we have Doña Elena products here, but we also have good Canadian Olive oils... my family loves this recipe and thanks for sharing ms Marjorie.... ❤

I suggest if u use parsley instead of basil, most Italians use parsley when they cook seafoods pasta
