I literally started crying when he mentioned the way his family reacted to him being gay. He has so much strength and love in his heart to be able to make amends with his family after that, my family accepted me being gay and supported me but had they reacted like that, I wouldnt be able to forgive them the way Simon did with his family.
When humans realize that you love the soul, not the body, the sex, the faith, but the soul, then they will begin to grow as a species. I am glad you have found hope Simon, keep teaching because some of us still have no hope, but by reaching out, as you did, maybe others will find what the human species needs...Hope.

My parents don't want me to achieve my dream because they think I may not have a possibility to do it. That really hurts me, but as Simon said, we have to have hope so that we can be happy and prove to others that it really gets better at the end.
This video took my heart and smashed it into a million pieces. I honestly think the parents were terrible people. Wishing death on your own child because of their feelings is wrong and cruel. I'm so happy he lived through everything that happened to him and is here today to tell this story and that people around the world can appreciate him too. I'm happy Simon exists in this world to share his amazing works with people around the globe 💕
