The way you ride will stretch your chain and it will no longer tension, it is a 200cc, if you ride it hard you will have a short chain lifespan. Buy a new chain and new tensioner and ride your bike like a slow 200cc not like a fast 600cc.
sir, please reply, mera duke 250 (2017 model) uska battery low ho jata ha 1month baad hi..new battery ha,and recently service wale magnetic coil,rectifer ye sabh bhi change kie uska baad bhi same problem..and ab wo log bol rahe full wiring change krna hoga jiska cost around 10k ha..kya wo log sahi bol rahe ha?

My KTM duke 200 Give Ticking noise from left side of Engine..please tell... What is the main problem in my duke 200? . is it timing chain or other issue please reply...
@@santhsha1824 KTM service centre Mechanic has no specialist knowledge about engine .parts they can't even find what the actual noise coming from.... Need some specialise engineer or mechanic...to slove the problem
Brother. Check the Bolts of Underbelly exhaust. Try to tight the Nut and check it. I'm not sure if that's the issue but I faced this issue on my Duke200 and it's solved now.

I am from Bangladesh, I have a gixxer 155cc carburetor engine bike, I install all original parts from service center, but a click click or chik chik sound is coming from my head, I tried it by many experienced maker but no one could find the source of the noise, if u please help me. I will be greatful to u.

Most probably valve clearance, very easy to fix but these shitty service centre mechanics are useless
