The song is probably about making her own way. Obviously having such a famous brother means that she’s going to be always be known as Chan’s sister until she makes a name for herself. When she talks about feeling guilty, I believe she means she knows she’s privileged for the life she has, and feels guilty for wanting more.

Hannah is basically saying she knows she lives a privileged life and feels guilty for not being content with that.
She's saying she wants to make her own way on her own talents. She doesn't specifically say it, but she doesn't want to just be known as "Chris' / Bang Chan's sister". Notice she decided to use a differently-spelled last name from Chris.
BTW, in addition to having a beautiful voice and writing/producing her own music........she also plays multiple instruments - piano, guitar and ukulele that I know of. There may be others. So she is quite the musician in her own right.
P.S - their father owns a swim club, so that's why shes good w swimming. Bangchan also has A lot of medals to swimmings. Also, she is Bang Chan's little sister, that's why it popped up in your recos, it has a connection with straykids.

Can someone tell me what’s it about. I like the song but I’m just a little confused
It's about someone who has a "perfect" life. They feel bored & trapped. "Drowning in Gravity". They feel guilty that they want to just escape, and leave it all. They want to "make new waves" and experience something outside their idyllic perfect life. They know they have a "perfect" life, but they want to experience the chaos & mess of the unknown.
