Hey Tony its been a while . Glad to see you wearing some fishing boots .. Now just need to get sis in some. Just tell her she can still look cute wearing boots . Love to catch bowfin , good fighters . Some day i'll see you at the river
Game and Fish is saying if they can't get the permits approved from the Corp of Engineers it'll start filling back up in a year. If they get the permits it'll be 3 years when they'll start filling it back up. Good stuff Tony
I'm surprised you didn't see any rainbows from the dock on the nursery pond, man. I know I saw some the last time I was up there alongside a horde of voracious, tiny bass back in august, and it was around this time last year that they stocked it with the trout in question, 12/7/23 to be exact.
Fun catching those Grinnel (aka "Rig Rippers" or "Tackle Tanglers") and some even cook and EAT'em...! Lol Tony, I told ya there were still fish at the 89 Bridge! See other people catch'em all the time...! (Don't know if I'd eat one, after seeing some fish with nasty "Growths" on'em. like cancer or something - though!).

Good to see you back after them again buddy. Love to see ya let people pull one in on your rods. Not many folks do that.
Good to be back man! I love watching people catch a fish just as much as I love catching one myself brother
Up around Barling they are green with a pinkish belly
When they are reallybyoung they have very bright colors.
You think I could fit a little two man boat at 89 bridge
Where is that last location
Left side of dam rd while going towards the dam itself in mayflower
2 more years and hopefully good fishing by 2027
That would be amazing if so!
