It is isolated from the city. Either you book a cab or wait for the IIT bus to reach there. In IIT bus, you have book your seats otherwise they won't allow you.

IIT Mandi has a beautiful campus and peaceful as well unlike IIT Delhi but staying there is very challenging.
But why staying at IIT mandi is challenging??
