@@adupako1057 not so easy when I’m in the UK. On the first occasion ten years ago they messed up an operation healing a close friend who suffered a traffic accident. She was released then 2 months later had ti return for emergency surgery, they let her die on the table because they didn’t have the necessary blood. The doc was sued and forced to pay for the funeral. 10 years on and another dear friend has suffered for 2 years while these idiots try again and again to repair traffic accident damage. All the while charging mind numbing bills and making us pay for the repairs to correct their original mistakes. And it’s still ongoing... they ignore requests for explanations. It’s extremely difficult to enquire or get explanations remotely. They have little competency, little care and total contempt for the relatives of those they claim to help.

Very true staffs are heartless and mishandle patients......very good facility but staffs makes Kath a ugly place
