idk, but just check the easiest way to put the hardest mods. harvest crafting or essences then you lock prefix or suffix and put veiled chaos orb or aisling. then conqueror targetslam maybe. and last crafted mod thats it this shield might have prefixes first. then lock and target slam reservation with harvest or whatever, you can find out edit: im pretty sure hunter on shield prefix is always %life but not sure edit2: in trade for sure buy a fractured shield even if t2 mod for cheap, make sure its correct itemlvl
