Oh thank you for the indie comparisons and PML! I haven’t taken the plunge into indie singles because (to me) it’s a lot to invest in one multi chrome shade that wears standalone. And I have small eye lid space. So this was helpful as I think through my decisions.

I used the Danessa M invisible primer under the shadows and they didn't crease. At all. All day. And the color was very vibrant. The color shifts were very prominent. I used spacesuit and solar rain. So maybe using a primer that's similar to hers is the trick.

A palette that costs $125 should not need a special primer 😂 none of my indie makeup similar need special primers or unicorns brushes to make it work
@@miac6262 space suit is the cream gel formula so I assume it's a way to prevent this specific formula from creasing. The other formulas don't need a primer.
@@miac6262 Some cream formulas are designed not to set. If that isn't your thing fine, but you don't have to mock it.

I picked up 2 palettes and glad I did. I made great looks from prom beauties. They loved their looks and they tipped me enough to pay for the pallette 2 times over. I used primer and glitter glue for staying power. The young ladies gave me a lot of referrals for next year.
This is such a gorgeous palette, but I just didn’t see myself picking this palette up. If it wasn’t $125 I would have picked it up to review but since it’s the price it is I didn’t. I just knew that as soon as I finished reviewing it I would never pick it up again. You created a super gorgeous eye look, great review as always. Thank you 💕

The thing that’s kinda shitty is it’s such a high price and extremely limited edition, basically pressuring a bunch of people to panic buy it and even more people to have FOMO when they can’t get it.
If she had made the palette permanent I think it would be better so people could have time to save up for it if they wanted

Beautiful look! I wish the highlighters were in a separate palette and she just put the eyeshadows in their own separate palette. I just don’t ever need that much highlighter. I think I will wait for Devinah to restock.
Hi love, the middle shades weren’t slated specifically to only be used as highlighter. However, as most people will use them as highlighter due to their beautiful translucency, it was created to offer more product to last. But make sure to use them as shadows for your eyes too! 😏✨

If I didn't own the stained glass collection from Clionadh, I would consider buying this - but, as I own that entire collection, it is a paas for me. Clionadh is restocking soon! I'm picking up the entire Glitter multichrome bundle. I can't waittttt!

Great idea to use Natasha Denona's Trichrome palette as a companion to this palette. They'll pair nice but any similar mattes should work too. Lots of options with this palette. I'm so excited to play with it! Beautiful eye look! Great review!

NKay...I usually cut up, but YEARS ago when i first started following Linda Hallberg, I learned about Danessa Myricks work... I fell in love with her philosophy and her LIGHT! Oh my HECK!!! I also HAD to try here cream shadows, but was so disappointed...i loved her multiple color creme palettes, but while intrigued, so much of a learning curve I felt DUMMM....i am going to find away to love her products too... maybe this will be the thing.... Ive GROWN to LOVE my Viseart palettes, but it was a growing process..im just saying..her philosophy is worth the stretch, but i can only give so much...This will be Christmas furr sure, but as always Morgan...Thank you so much for your time and talents 😘😘😘

Wow 😮 great explanation of the palette , when I saw it I thought 💭 it’s missing 4 shades in the middle because on camera 📷 we don’t see anything but when you swatched I saws it super dramatic kind of runway event definitely is an artist palette I don’t think 🤔 that it would be easier for mature skin but you end up with a n amazing look knowing the effects of every eyeshadow isn’t easy so thanks for sharing all your knowledge of it 👌🏻👍🏻👋🏻🙏

i honestly would've bought this had it not been for the 4 big pans in the middle. i already own kvd alchemist AND i use it exclusively for the eyes (i almost always skip complexion products and just wear eye make up + lipstick or gloss lol) so these big pans are just a no for me... however it's super exciting to see those multichromes are every bit as good as clionadh's! it'll make me keep my eye out for her future releases

Mine is coming November 1st and this is my first Danessa Myricks product! I just couldn’t say no to this palette because the world of indie multichromes is overwhelming and this palette is beautifully simplified.I cannot wait to play with it this holiday season.

I love the look of this palette. I'm a fan of layering different shadows with different effects. This is right up my alley. This is awesome - it's a add-on palette for a little extra in a look. Thank you for the review. 🤩 Finally something that's easy to get in Europe in comparison to all the other Indie Brands.
Love all the feedback and swatches and comparisons. I have some similar shades already from indie brands so I'll skip this but it's nice to see more multichromes coming out from other brands.

The palette is no longer on the Beautylish site at all. There was a glitch in the launch app so I guess it impacted the item listing on the site as well. This is ideal Christmas gift for my youngest daughter- she is super into indie brands, editorial looks and it also playing with wet & hyra liner designs like those from Glisten. So fun to watch - maybe I’d be in, the 20 yrs ago me that is - too old and boring daily routine for this look but enjoy watching Morgan play with it.

The final look is amazing. You really showed what the palette is capable of. Loved it. BH used to have a similar looking 6 pan highlighter pakette. I think it was called the blacklight palette. I'm going to dig it out to try those over a black base!

Thank you for this video. I just got my beautylish lucky bag xl and yes I did get very lucky but I did not get this so I'm trading someone for it and wanted to make sure that it would be worth it ..that's interesting that you compared it to the KVD alchemist or the ABH.. I have both. My 1st was by naked that was very similar. I am honestly very excited about those shades I would put like the purple shimmer over a deep plum and the blue over a deep navy because I do not get use out of my dark shadows much. I also will not use any highlight unless its white or white with a green blue or purple shift so they are right up my alley. I own a few Terra moon and I am in love.. I can't believe DM broke through into mainstream. This video helped so much you do not even know because I was no because I was looking to trade for the DM or the ND triochrome. I prefer shimmer shades though. Also I own several ND and I have never been blown away like other people are with the formula for me Anastasia and Jeffree are better. I have way too much eyeshadow where I will not get a palette unless Ill use and love at least 75% of the shades.. it's just not worth it. I'm not wasteful.

Sydney Grace has some STUNNING duochrome and multi-chrome shades. Some are powder and some are creams. But they're gorgeous. And not very expensive.

Thanks for this! I think you hit the nail on the head, this is an editorial/artistry palette. It's a bit of a collectors piece. Just can't bring myself to buy a China made palette at that markup. Yikes! I totally would have spent $80 on it. Ain't mad at the folks who are willing to pay the $125. The little bonus palette is somewhat helpful.

FABULOUS demo!! Stunning and out of this world!! Thank you for this. I may have Indi duo & triple chromes but I really love the idea of an already made up palette with shadows set in place and designed packaging. 😁 I know I could dupe but sometimes I just don't want to. Is it wrong?! 😉🤦♀️ And I wanted to try more Danessa Myricks anyway. I actually wasn't going to get it even though I was SO tempted until I saw yours and some other videos and just so happened to land on Beautylish's website and realized they have the 3 payment method that I had totally forgotten about! That's what did it for me and of course your swatches and demo. Lol! Also, of late I was really missing my decluttered KVD Alchemist palette that I now recently was kicking myself over and saw that it was pretty much duped in this palette. It was so cool when you mentioned it too! Lol! Moreover, I was thinking this palette would go SO well with my Natasha Triochrome palette and then you said right after it pairs well with youe Triochrome!! Great minds, great minds!! ✨
I plan to get this with my gift cards from the Beautylish event. Just waiting for them to hit my email. You could even use the holographic shadows lightly on your lips for a highlight or with a gloss. This palette is different and beautiful. And if your willing to bring out others shadows/palettes, I think it’s really versatile.

I honestly debated for a while if I should wait for the Sephora sale or buy it sooner on Beautylish but my impatience won out and I needed it ASAP lol The swatches alone made me gasp but then seeing it in action... I had to have it! I'm just waiting for FedEx to drop it off! I'm so excited for it!
It looks beautiful!! Unfortunately itś not available over here so I have to pay double on import duties (NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!). I love the Trichrome palette from ND!!! Itś one of my favorite palettes that I purchased this year. Iḿ holding out for black friday to pick up some of her other larger palettes (Biba and Circus are on my list. Iḿ bummed I can get ahold of Gold anylonger without ordering it from abroad (again crazy import duties). As a;ways thank you! Your look was stunning!
These are lovely but at that price I’d rather spend my money with Karla Cosmetics and pick the exact colors I want. Her multi chromes are this good or better - with a choice of liquid or powder!

Do you have a video showing how to properly use mixing medium? It would be excellent especially w duochromes and multichromes. Ive owned mixing medium for like 6 years. Id love a video on how to use it I actually have a makeup artist I follow and a couple RUclipsr's that are very very good and they do not even know what it is which I thought was very strange. I originally purchased it because I wanted to make any shade of liner I possibly could get my hands on. And no the single shadows are certainly not cheap it took me forever to make a purchase which ended up being from Terra moons and I got one heck of a sale I got 10 shades for $80 but that is so expensive Imo. I do however love the fact that you are picking exactly what you want because when I see a palette I mean usually there's only a couple shades that jump out to me. And you are correct I had to wait a month and a 1/2 to get my order and that really sucks I think that they should give you a discount If you have to wait that long however you pay prior. I mean they are literally getting people's money and they are able to pay for their order to be made basically.
I don't even wear make up anymore but when you swatched those..... sis, take my money! 😄

I keep waiting for a company to get sued over a teenager using glitter on their eyes and scratching their eye. They are clearly marketing them as eyeshadow.

@@Iamyl4 disclaimers don’t always count. It depends on factors like the normal use, how visible and clear the warning is, and tbh how the judge/jury are feeling that day
@@mairino7799 Pretty much the reason why companies cant legally call it 'eyeshadow' is because of staining but i'd say a vast majority of us haven't had any problems. I can bet if you check any of your palettes some if not all of the shades will say "not for use around eyes" even though they're relatively safe and have been used as such for years.

Your swatches are beautiful and so very clear - you always do some of the best swatches in the beauty community. Thanks for the warning it will make you want to open our wallets 😂 I love the comparison to the indie brands and showing how we can layer. My one question is with the creams in the palette is how long they will last open to the air? I have never bought creams in a palette only single pots.
hmm great question. They dont feel as thoguh they are a formula that will dry out, but only time can tell!

Personally I have shadows from Indie brands that I am very content with and they dupe several of the shades in this palette. And they are shades that I picked out, not a palette that has preselected shades that I probably would not use. The glossy ones I would get absolutely no use out of. I don’t want greasy “shadows” that will crease on my lids. 🤦🏻♀️
$125 for a palette made in China? I’m not too impressed with that aspect either.
I will wait for the Black Friday sales with the Indies and pick out colors that will be more pleasing to my skin tone and eye color.
