Tennessee volunteer, FF1, FF2, PDO credentialed Pro board, would this be approved in Texas? or would more be needed?

The pro board certification is supposed to be nationally recognized.

From Chief Wisko: Texas is not a ProBoard state. We can only accept IFSAC so with documentation showing what is required in Tenn to hold FF1 & FF2 and documentation showing Haz Mat awareness & Haz Mat operations along with 40 hours medical training, you would be able to certify in Texas. We will assist with the process. You can reach out to info@tcfp.texas.gov and someone from Testing/Training can assist you.

That's great, our certs are ifsac as well. So if I ever moved to Texas, sounds like I would be covered, I do have a EMR license. 35 years as a volunteer.
