Heimler, I got a 2 on ap World despite me studying for a week and pretty much failed my other ap tests. My family downgraded me and humalited me in front of my other family members, making me feel stupid and dumb. Thank you for posting this video as it was a nice positive message to get.

I started watching your videos 2 years ago for AP World, and continued doing so for APUSH. Despite being the stem major kid that has always despised history, your videos and advice has given me a 5 in both tests. I have ADHD and struggle with reading books for long periods of time, I know I could have never passed these crazy classes without the videos you've made- let alone thrived the way I have. You promised me an A in my class and a 5 on the exam in may, and you sure as heck delivered. Unfortunately, my journey with you ends here as It doesn't seem I can take AP Gov next year with my current schedule. But I won't ever forget you. Its not just the score I got on the AP Exam- I literally see the world differently now because of the history knowledge that I probably would have been too lazy to ever digest in any other way. I'm also able to save thousands of dollars since I won't need to take these classes in college. I'm also now considering working on educational videos on RUclips because you've proved to me how effective videos like this can be first hand.
Thanks for all you've done for me and the thousands of other students that you've helped.

@@the_autumn_season yeah def use outside resources. there is a good teacher for pretty much every subject on yt so unfortunately we sometimes have to overcompensate for a crappy teacher by using the internet
I get it, some teachers are just like that. Don't worry about it too much. No one should be expected to self-study an entire course because of the fault of their teacher. And remember, after your many great accomplishments, you will look back at the score and smile in good humor.

World history was the first AP I ever took, and your videos helped inspire me to keep working hard for those fives; just finished with a streak of 7! Congrats to all, and whether you got a 1 or a 5, if you gave it your all and did the best you could do, be proud of it!!

Out of the 3 APs I took this school year, the AP gov exam was my first AP exam EVER! I was only a freshman and so nervous but even if you don’t see this I want to thank you so much for helping me get a 5 on my first AP exam

Took APUSH last year and got a 3 thanks to you. Now I’ve graduated with a 3.57 GPA and survived the SAT (1150) and AP Stat and Music Theory exams with a 2 and 4 respectively (you can tell I’m much better at music 😅) and I came back to say thank you for believing in me and millions of other people who wanted to give up. Thank you for everything you for us AP students and College Board survivors, it never goes unnoticed. 💕
Edit: some of y’all just can’t be happy for somebody else. In case y’all can’t read, I already graduated. This was supposed to be a happy letter to someone that saved my grade and exam score and I ended up getting belittled. I got into one of my top colleges and I am thriving, leave me alone. 🙄
1150 is pretty bad imo. Like it isnt awful, but considering you take APs you can definitely do better. If your still in high school i highly recommend taking it again

i took my first ap class ever this year (ap euro) & got a 4!! i was totally expecting to do worse since i was overwhelmed with it being my first big high-school test, but our teacher playing your videos in class & me watching them as review helped strengthen my understanding so much! will definitely come back for apush this upcoming year. thank you for all that you do heimler :)

Heimler, I just got back my AP scores. I’m a graduated senior this year so i didn’t put much pressure on myself and was pretty much expecting a 3/4 for APUSH and AP Gov. Sophomore year, I took AP World and was not expecting anything, but watched your videos religiously and got a 5. This year, with APUSH and AP Gov, I was incredibly pessimistic, mainly because I had a horrible teacher and senioritis and also a terrible memory (which persists to this day). However, I still tried to watch your videos and keep on top of both my classes and even purchased the APUSH review packet (just like I had 2 years prior). I got my scores back today and got all 5s. I was obviously shocked but also so so thankful that I had you and your videos to get me this far. I’m sad I won’t have you as a resource in college and beyond, but thank you for all that you do and for the help with my 3 5s!

I got a 5 in APUSH! I spent the entire week watching your videos on unit summaries and diving deeper when I didn’t understand the topic fully. I took so many sheets of notes and wrote key terms/topics on stick notes and practiced until I knew everything I possibly could. Thank you so much for all your help!!

Heimler I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you. I’m such a crappy test taker but I did APUSH anyway, I genuinely thought I was going to get a one or a two but I GOT A THREE!!! I opened expecting for a 2 and got a 4 in Apush. I was shocked and really did think I was going to do horribly, your videos are amazing and very helpful. Binge watching them at x2 the last few days before the test and taking my time with each videos while taking notes both helped immensely.
