And I’m getting nerve-wracking!🥰 (Edit: I’ve been through a lot and I did my exam three times and didn’t passed, I found a instructor called Maggie Relloso and I studied with her using her tutoring and passed the exam in my fourth try, counting down to get my brokers license too maybe one day lol) 😅
Hi, I did my sales associate with Tampa School of real estate like you, but live online and i just finish my post licensing with them again live online and the teacher Sunny is awesome she recommended us get the brokers license when we can. Live online for me is so much better because you can ask questions to the teacher and they give you examples in anecdotes. Also she gives you breaks and lunch because she understand that we have clients and need to make calls. So you chose live online, perfect!!! Did you pass? The class is difficult, what is about? Thank you for your videos!!!
You didn’t mention it in the video, what’s your purpose/motivation as to why you’re getting your broker’s license? I want to get mine once I’m eligible, but it costs more money and is more training in the long run. So it would have to be worth it!

Hi! Thank you for your comment! Every country is different. Where I’m from you don’t have to take a UNI course just a licensing class. So I would check the requirements locally 🥰
