Your divider is actually a compression pad. When you pack, fold the "divider" then fasten the straps over it. You can tighten the straps down to compress clothing down for a bit more space. I love my carry on. It is a great bag.

I'm loving the Pink, but also the Beige one. Have you seen the beige one in person? Just curious as to how the color truly looks, because I thought the pink was going to be much paler than it shows up in your video & now I actually LOVE the Pink, too & torn between the two! My friend has the beige and I think it’s even prettier in person. My pink one is gone but I believe they now have the new atlas pink and that seems a bit more on the mauve side. Which I honestly love. I think you can’t go wrong with either. Follow ur gut :)

Honestly I wish I went with 29. I didn’t realize I got 26. My husband and I (and 2 toddlers) traveled with 1 carry on, 1 29 inch and 1 26 inch. We fit 2 weeks worth of summer clothes for all 4 of us. But honestly I felt like I needed more room.

Hi did you have any problems flying domestic flights with the 29 inch, I believe it’s seen to be “ oversized” I been wanting to purchase but don’t to be hit with that extra 150 fee! Thank you
To be honest we’ve only used that one for international flights so far so I can’t give you a good answer. But my suggestion is to check the dimensions with whichever airline you are going to fly with. We didn’t have issues internationally I can say though. Hope that helps even a little :)

They argued that by signing up for birthday points within 30 days of your birthday that they do not award points. With no phone number to contact the doing this email is especially difficult. My state attorney general contacted them. I eventually heard from them and the rectified the problem. Had to go through a lot but we came to a resolution.

I think it’s pretty big and fits a lot. We used it this summer and it fit more than we expected. Hope that helps :)
