Honestly its beautiful to see plus size men talking about health and normalizing talking about wanting to combat health/weight issues. I am also embarking on a fitness and overall health journey as well because I realized that EXERCISE IS MEDICINE and not something to use to look better and please others. It is medicine for your mental, physical, and emotional health. And we can already see how much happier and upbeat Kim is now with going on this journey and being proud of her hard work. Amazing to see, and it should inspire us big men in general that may not feel good.
