I had no idea it was so involved and so time consuming to host a swap. You are an angel. And then at the end to have to clean up must be a real pain. Your work is never done, but you still love to do swaps. I totally am amazed and admire it.❤

It is a boat load of work. I hosted my first small group swap this Christmas and it was only six but I kept thinking to myself how much crazier it is with a bunch of girls. Thank you for hosting swaps thank you for sharing the videos. You’re awesome and I loooove all your videos even if sometimes it enables me to shop more… 😅

Wow such a crazy amount of work! I've hosted swaps before and I think many don't realize the amount of work involved. Maybe when you are at the point where you're moving the swaps laid out on top of the bubble mailers do it in smaller groupings so that it is easier to know right away if you are not sending a swap back to the one who created it. The gift card thing really adds another layer for sure. The hostess stuff and extra swaps they make for you almost need another room LOL You always are so quick at getting the swaps filmed and uploaded and sent out. Not all hostesses are as organized. You really do an amazing job as a hostess and I enjoyed the swap I participated in on IG. Hopefully I can join another at some point this year.

I have an idea for keeping the addresses. You said you cant always remember to put them in you address book. When I come across an address I want to keep but am too rushed to write it down, I just tape the paper with the address onto a page in the book. I have a digital one too where I just take a pic of the paper with the address and store them in a folder together. I hope this helps!
