Dr. John MacArthur said one of his fondest memories of R.C. Sproul was at the last Ligonier conference ( 2017) MacArthur attended with R.C. before his death. During the Q&A MacArthur said Jesus was fully God and fully man. R.C. stepped in and said we must not confuse His 2 natures. If we say He was fully God there is no room for His humanity. If we say He was fully man there is no room for His divinity. This is why we say truly God and truly man. MacArthur: "That's what I meant to say." R.C.
