I5 12400F (8500 in flipkart) and rtx 4060 which was available for 23 to 24K in flipkart makes perfect sense for a budget gamer for 1080p gaming. If budget is very tight then skip 4060 and go for RX 6600 around 19.5K to 20K.

I was planning on building a pc on my own so I'm going with i5 12400f, rx7600 (as you told me to choose over rtx 4060) and msi b760m bomber wifi motherboard with 1tb ssd and 32gb ddr5 ram

Build with 3060 that's better for future use coz upcoming games are of 10-12gb vram gaming
My recommandation
CPU - i5 12th gen
GPU - Rtx 3060 12gb or RTX 4060 or Rx 7600 (tip if your doing GPU intensive work like 3d modeling,architecture,etc buy an RTX GPU Rx are not good)
Mobo - wifi and BT
SSD - get 2 ssd 1st 1tb and 2nd 512 gb to store something (install all the games,videos,photos in 512gb and 1tbgb for performance)
Ram - atleast ddr4 16gb or ddr5 16gb 1 stick
cabinate - atleast with 2 or more fans
all of this component would come under 1L with monitor depends what you are taking
Required atleast
CPU - i3 10th or ryzen 5 5600x
GPU - RTX 3050 or Rx 6600 (if your doing editing buy a CPU with integrated gpu)
if your buying Amd CPU buy over 15k and dont buy GPU if you got tight budget
MOBO - a nice future proof so you could upgrade your components
Ram - ddr4 16gb
cabinate - atleast 2 fans
SSd - 1 512gb M.2 Nvme ssd and 2nd 256 gb ssd or if you got tight and you wanna edit so 512gb Hdd
Buy atleast i3 CPU of 10th gen and a nice GPU or buy an expensive AMD cpu no GPU

Actually x3d cpu is not necessary because the lowest priced x3d cpu is 7800x3d which is of price 34k and that is pretty expensive and for budget builds you can just go for Ryzen 5 cpu and save money and invest on gpu

I am planning on making a pc with ryzen 7 7800X3D, but I am unsure how powerful the igpu is of this cpu is. Because, recently my old gpu died and my current pc has such old hardware that i don't feel like spending money on gpu that would work with that old janky system. But would love to know if I can play eSports titles at good fps on the igpu of the aforementioned cpu. Because, i am quite constricted on budget and rn if i buy a budget cpu to include a gpu in my calculated costing then, i will never be able to buy a powerful gpu in future that would give me good performance. If you want to build Intel based pc then please wait for the new generation, mainly because of two reasons: 1. Intel 13th and 14th gen processors are full of problems (do your research) and 2. Intel cpu is currently running under LGA 1700 motherboard. However, Intel is now introducing new LGA 1851 socket (Arrow Lake onwards), so in case you plan to upgrade your processor in the future, you need to change the mobo as well. As for AMD they will continue with their AM5 socket, even for Ryzen 9000 series. So, plan accordingly and don't waste your money on some unworthy hardware.

Rtx 4060 is a 1920x1080p gaming card, not a 4k gaming Card. Don't fool the people. Nvidia doesn't market the RTX 4060 as a 4K gaming solution, not even the 4060 ti 16gb model. That's because performance really isn't sufficient.

I'm Using ARC A750 GPU, and i Like it, its perfromance has increased wth time, even though I'm using i5-10400f and h410 motherboard and 24gb 2666mhz ram, but it has bug with premiere pro 2024, which glitch in rendering, so I have to use, premier pro 2023, I'm a Motion Graphic Designer, maybe for Gamer it may be probmaltic but not for me, Bu in Future I'm thinking of upgrading my Processor and mob with ryzen-5 7600 and msi b560 motherboard, is it wroth buying, at previously I wanted to but Ryzen 5 8500-8600g, but I found these processors has problem, it only support pcie-4x graphic card support, so any higher graphic would not work on its full potential,

It is better that you sell your entire PC - except G.Card and SSD (if you want to keep them) and buy an Intel based system as Intel CPU's are much better at video editing for their superior multi-core performance over the AMD counter-parts
