After the first 24 it got easier. I'm not sure the juice is worth the squeeze. Initially I wanted to do 96 hours, stomach felt fine but but at 72 hours I started to loose my mind LOL!
I agree, being frustrated your stuff doesn't work or you don't have what you need stinks too. I would hate to see people think it is necessary but I"m a big fan of cool stuff that is well made. I think that Rock Pot is in my future!

How did your stomach feel during a 72 fast? I feel like i would be in too much pain at that point to keep going.

Of course, but not everyone has a large budget and these videos are helpful.
