Thanks lol, this is a pretty standard bolognese. Finely chopped onions, carrots and celery cooked in olive oil. I like to add beef and pork minced meat if possible, or just one if it's on sale. A can of peeled tomatoes and/or passata, some tomato paste, bit of garlic and oregano (even these are optional) While a lot of people use red wine, I just use water or chicken stock. Of course, also salt and pepper. Sometimes, a bit of cream or parmesan in the sauce or even some chili flakes (not to make it too spicy but just for a tiny kick) Then simmer for around 3 hours. That's what's fun, you can adjust a few things here and there. Unless there's a super strict Italian person around! Some get angry when you don't do 100% authentic😅
