City of Wichita - Gunshot Detection System Pilot Project

The City of Wichita is launching a Gunshot Detection System (GDS) pilot project which uses sensors to locate where gunfire occurs. Wichita is the first city in the world to use this particular technology system.

Can you define minimal data? With examples?
Are notes available online or in any readable form from these public meetings?
Do we the citizens have access to any information collected during the testing?

I live in an area with a lot of gun violence. The police said they were coming to my community meeting and instead didn't. There have been no other meetings.

So what happens if it's defensive? What if it's an accidental discharge? Can the public have access to it so that we can know when cops shoot at someone and hold them more accountable? In fact that last bit is the biggest concern since Justin Rapp has gotten away with murder.
