Key Highlights:
Understanding MSME Eligibility:
Micro Enterprises: Investment up to INR 1 crore
Small Enterprises: Investment between INR 1 crore and INR 10 crore
Medium Enterprises: Investment between INR 10 crore and INR 50 crore
Capital Investment Subsidy for Micro Enterprises:
Category 1 Talukas: 25% subsidy up to INR 35 lakhs
Category 2 Talukas: 20% subsidy up to INR 30 lakhs
Category 3 Talukas: 10% subsidy up to INR 10 lakhs
Interest Subsidy for Manufacturing Sector MSMEs:
Category 1 Talukas: 7% subsidy up to INR 35 lakhs per annum for 7 years
Category 2 Talukas: 6% subsidy up to INR 30 lakhs per annum for 6 years
Category 3 Talukas: 5% subsidy up to INR 25 lakhs per annum for 5 years
Additional 1% subsidy for women, differently-abled entrepreneurs, registered startups, and young entrepreneurs under 35
Net SGST Reimbursement:
Category 1 Talukas: 100% for 10 years, up to 7.5% of eFCI per annum
Category 2 Talukas: 90% for 10 years, up to 6.5% of eFCI per annum
Category 3 Talukas: 80% for 10 years, up to 5% of eFCI per annum
EPF Reimbursement:
100% employer’s contribution for new employees for 10 years
Incentive per employee capped at 12% of basic salary + DA or INR 1800/month
Comprehensive Support for MSMEs:
Interest subsidy for Service Sector MSMEs
Quality Certification and ZED Certification support
Financial aid for ICT implementation and technology acquisition
Assistance for patent registration, energy and water savings, and more
