watching from Zambia,so like for that load from the example we already know that the system voltage should be 48v but will be the systems power rating?
I do get my own by using this simple calculation: 12volts * (my battery size which is 257amp) will give me 3084 Then I will divide 3084 by my load which is 500w, the result is 6.1 There a 257amp battery can carry my load for just 6 hours
Good video. You considered inverter efficiency but you forgot to add inverter consumption to the load. Some 48v inverters maybe consuming btw 30w to 50w every hour even with no load.
Please Sir will the cost not be too much for just a 500w load? For example I'm using a 1000w inverter, how many batteries (size of battery)and panels (total size of panel)should I use to power a 500w load in 5 hrs pls I need your help. From Nigeria
@@UniqueEmmanuel-v7y in most cases big is better.. Two 550w panels, two 400ah lithium batteries or two 250ah lead acid.. .. Big gives you much room power to play with without too much of power conservation ...
Your battery volt × battery ah × number of batteries connected ÷ sun peak hour (4hour) = your answer Your answer divided by any solar watt size you want to use (80watt, 150watt,200watt e.tc Then you will know the number of panels you will use
This your calculation is just too cumbersome, pls find a way to simplify it, and again are u saying I will need 8 batteries of 150ah for just 500w load? even with solar panels installed, why?
The calculations is right, in case you are using 48V/150ah battery, you will need only two of the batteries....but using a battery with less voltage means u will need more batteries to obtain your 48V....In this case, 4 batteries in series give u 48V/150ah that is connected to another 4 batteries in series to obtain 48V/300ah and this is even more than the requirement of 257Ah.
Very helpful, watching from Zambia.

What if the battery is mistakenly used to 80% , how do i charge it full the next day with just 10% charging current?

What if all my laods are in DC how can I get total daily consumption??
Good video. You considered inverter efficiency but you forgot to add inverter consumption to the load. Some 48v inverters maybe consuming btw 30w to 50w every hour even with no load.
Then you should include your watt load together with your inverter watt consumption and use it for your calculations again sir
What is inverter efficiency
Do you have WhatsApp groups class? And do you also have manual we can buy from you?
Please sir I have 1000w solar panel and I won't you to help me to no the amount of battery's and inverter I will use.
Are the loads considered in this system all AC or, because most DC loads on market are 12V and if the system is 48V how do i connect my 12VDC
Watch the video again. Connect four 12v batteries in series you will have 48 volts
How best can I reach out to you sir. Well-done sir!
