We've been using this since our little one was about 4mo old and love it way more than the manual ones you have to suck through! It's also more sanitary. We actually ended up stacking a tip from a different aspirator on top because the ones it came with didn't fit his tiny nose. Now a year later we just use it directly without the additional tip.
