Ingredients
For sponge
Flour 100gm
Coco powder 40gm
Baking powder 6gm
Salt 2gm
Sugar 150gm
Egg yolks 3 pcs
Egg white 3 pcs
Fresh milk. 130gm
Butter 70gm
Chocolate 30gm
Three milk chocolate syrup
Frech milk 120gm
Condensed milk 130gm
Chocolate sauce 25gm
Evaporated milk 100gm
For frosting
Whipy whip cream as required
Chocolate sauce as your taste
Ganach
Whipy whip cream 200gm
Dark Chocolate 200gm
Method
Take a bowl, beat egg white and half of the sugar in it. Take a another bowl. Melt and mix butter and chocolate in it. Take a bowl and wix egg yolk, milk and salt. Then add butter and chocolate mixture in it. Now mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a small bowl and wix well into this mixture. Now add egg white mixture into this mixture and convert it into 7 inch baking mold. Bake it at 160°C for 25-30 minutes.
For three milk chocolate syrup
Take a bowl. Mix milk, condensed milk, chocolate sauce and evaporated milk in it.
For frosting
Take whip cream and chocolate in a bowl and mix it well.
For ganache
Take whipping cream and dark chocolate in a bowl and mix it well.
Apply frosting and ganache on the sponge. At the end garnish it with the almond or walnut.
