DC is awesome!! Go see the monuments and the National Mall, the museums along the National Mall are free. Also, I fly jetBlue when I go up to Boston from DC, quick, but AWESOME flights!!!
awww you didnt stay in DC? thats a good airport to fly into fly there often when i visit DC. if your interested in Aviation and your in the nation's capitol again Gravelly Point is a great place to watch the planes leave and arrive from DCA. also did you visit Disney on your trip to Orlando?
Most former United planes have UA at the end of the registration, but the planes acquired from Continental at the merger, which includes most of the 737s and Rolls Royce 757s have all numbers after the 'N'
When he said the Delta Air Lines aircraft at the gate is a Boeing 717, he was incorrect; that plane is a McDonnell Douglas MD-80 because the 717 has larger, more powerful engines than the MD-80. Plus, the 717's fuselage is shorter.
Awesome Tim! Enjoy the trip.. and your flight of course.
Thanks Zach, I sure will
