Dark Void | Into the Void | 8/17/24

Back with the third person cover shooters, but this time it's not just cool because it's vertical. I got full use of the jetpack feature. The entire game, from what I can tell, will now allow me to use the jetpack at any time including its full-on flight mode. You can hurt yourself flying into things, but this allows you to flank any enemy at any moment with no issue. The enemies are a bit too bullet spongey and the gun fights go on for a bit too long as a result. Nolan North flies around turning off flying generators before being confronted by large waves of ships and newly introduced jetpack enemies. It's fun having a jetpack, but it's not so much fun fighting against them.
