I think the music is good how it is (just Runescape tunes in the background) 😊 Also - I think there’s a castle wars teleport portal in ferox that takes you directly there. It should be just south of where you teleport in with the ring. Could save some time and/or ring charges
Honestly love the snake dance I don't know why I find it so entertaining! Happy birthday to Middy one day closer to being sacrificed for deaths! Thanks for the vid though I enjoyed it!
I'll make sure to snake dance for every Pyramid Plunder release! So glad you enjoyed it mate! Been flat out lately, was very happy to get the video completed! Want to keep the Members entertained haha
I got curious about The Wedge after you mentioned it..apparently it's a nickname Mod Ramen got from Mod Reach way back when, the same rabbit hole then taught me the queen of Varrock is based on the ex-wife of a mod from many moons ago
Fantasic video as always! BTW 5 Battlestaves in stock at Zaff's Superior Staffs store (after partial completion of the What Lies Below after defeating King Roald - the quest doesn't need to be completed) [IE no 8000 runecrafting xp]
@@FrankGlymes is there anything preventing you completing the Varrock easy diary to get access to the 15 daily battlestaves for 7k each? or would they just cost too much anyway?
People at monastary mining spot look like they just finished mining a star. There is a distinct empty 2x2 square which star occupies once it has fallen. Some miners hadn't even moved.
I know you can get black nails from one of the Myreque quests... not sure if you can access it and dont have the time to check, but might be worth looking in to if you havent already.
MATE! This comment is MASSIVE!! Thank you!! I need to do/start those quests anyway since I need to make Guthix Balance Potion for my current Herblore grind. Once I unlock my melee stats, I'm 100% doing this for the black nails!
@@FrankGlymesGlad to hear it helps! Have more time now, so can go into detail - its when you clear out the basement of the new hideout in In Aid of the Myreque. Every few piles of rubble you get a bunch of assorted nails, and I believe its guaranteed to contain a small handful of black nails. Its only part way through the quest, so if the exp rewards from the quest are a problem you can avoid those for now.

Can go to castle wars then switch to f2p and that puts you in the ferox enclave if it leave the door in f2p and even go back to to castle wars via the ferox enclave , broken dragon pick axe from volcano mines?
Why was the focus on fletching this video? What was the end goal of this grind, for ranged unlock? You said you need rune axe to progress, but i fail to see how fletching accomplishes that x.x And yeah light ballista. Gotta do mm and and demonic gorillas at combat 30s according to skill guide 😄
Sorry if it wasn't clear friend! I needed Fletching to 48 so I could do my Level 29 Magic Unlock and keep progressing Magic! Magic is likely the way I'm taking on Lava Dragons to try and get the Rune Axe so I needed it unlocked. The Rune Axe kind of plays into needing it for future Fletching and Magic unlocks
@@FrankGlymes Light ballista was initially a level 30 ranged weapon, which meant it was an instant dead content, afterwards it was buffed, but skilling wasn't changed.
I'll give it a go for sure! At early levels it's just so annoying since the levels come faster but at higher levels we'll have way more wiggle room to experiment/take on bosses
Far be it from me to tell you how to run your challenge run, but as this series has gone on I find it more and more curious how much this challenge that I understood was about following the IG skill guide, keeps getting sent on goose hunts from wiki factoids and random, not-skill-guide listed 'unlocks'. It seems a bit out of the spirit of the challenge as it were. I'm still gonna be watching of course, as your presentation style is fantastic, but it's come up a few times and has had me scratching my head.
Appreciate the detailed comment and feedback :) It's definitely something I didn't consider at the start of the series - I figured I'd just follow the skill guide (clearly easier said than done) and that would be the challenge. There's a fair few things that aren't explicitly on the skill guide that are technically unlocked at certain levels, and these are listed on the wiki. If I knew how many of these existed, I would've likely made a rule early on that these would be skipped. However, I kind of just noticed them as I went along and did them as they come up. In hindsight, these distractions probably should have skipped to streamline it (as you say) but I just didn't know at the time how many there were, and now that I've done some I'm just keeping up the trend and doing them all. Does that all make sense? Super appreciate when people put thought into the series/rules like this :) And thanks! I hope you continue to enjoy the series
@@FrankGlymes To be honest, I would of said you less 'need a rule to skip them' and more of 'when setting it up in the first place you should of specifically mentioned they were being done' if anything. Particularly under the silly moniker of 'as Jagex intended'. As core integrated as the wiki is becoming, it's still technically third party. I do think some of the 'secret' unlocks are neat and worth mentioning, just never necessary, especially if they would send you on a multi train diversion that causes more, explicitly listed, exceptions in the process... like a certain druidic tea. Or if they would be a nigh impossible grind to acquire due to secondary reqs, like I think some mid/high end weapons and the general combat, quest, and resource demand they cause. Also I don't know if it hasn't come up again, yet (though seeing the thumbnail of 2 episodes for now says yes for the critical one), but if something is quest gated, always keep a mindset that you may be able to start the quest and get to that point without having every single little requirement. :) Thanks for the reply, and indeed I will be continuing to watch!
@@zswords again, thanks for such a detailed reply! I'll keep all this in mind going forward for sure, I'm hopeful that most of these wiki-related unlocks are past anyway - I wasn't aware of how many there were when I started the account, that's for sure. As for the quest thing, yeah I've been able to go do things after partially completing a quest so that's been great but some others I've left on the backlog to catch up to when I could have just done them. From recently/going forward I'm trying to get the unlock done on the spot rather than leave it on the backlog! Thanks again mate, enjoy the series 😊

They are both very interesting facts haha
What I'm learning from all this is that they really expect you to use the GE to make use of those oddly low leveled unlocks.
Finally managed to catch up with the last couple episodes, great stuff 🙌🙌

It should be haha

I wouldn't mind music on at a low volume, great seies, still catching up but it's a super enjoyable journey !
The Zogre coffins are absolutely terrible at the min level required to pick them, you didn't miss out on much lmao

So glad you love it!

Nvm I guess just once.

Fletching darts and ripping sharts
Wonder if more people would click on it if I named it that

My guy Frank Glymes!
Also, could you not just buy battlestaves from Zaff in Varrock?
Not without partial completion of What Lie Below, needs 35 Runecraft to start
You can enchant things at the fountain of rune to not get magic exp if you can get the emerald rings 31:41
I ALWAYS forget this!!!
every urn in pp has a snake in it searching for snakes just increases chance to succeed after finding the snake
Clearly I need to do more pp haha
Does castle wars not refresh stats and run nrg?
I always forget about that if it does
So how long is bryo backlogged for?
Honestly once we unlock the battlestaff and combat is ready, we should start killing some Moss Giants for some Mossy Keys!
Over 50% sub rate is actually pretty good ;)
I wasn't sure what is actually good haha
I'm bias I guess because I basically sub to anyone I like to watch after like 1 video
Depends. Could be actually better if you have less, because it means there is a greater potential for new subs.
