How would you suggest working with intuitive eaters using your tools and method? I’ve shared a number of articles on my website about intuitive eating, and it’s an area that I am definitely interested in.
Thanks, Robin! This is something I struggled with early because I wanted to help everyone, but it actually really set me back and prevented me from helping anyone. "Riches are in the niches" is great :)
@@drmarcmethod, I think many new coaches struggle with this. It's a weird concept to get more clients by focusing on a smaller group. It's one of those things that you have to experience before you can truly understand it
I wanna focus on people who want a better relationship with food so they can make better choices by themselves in every day life, social events etc. So they feel satisfied and still stick to their goals. Also busy people who think they won't be able to incorporate a good diet and fitness routine into their life. Are these two points still too broad or is it a good enough niche ?
So I have an interesting dilemma, I am 46 work as a busy legal assistant, I have a 7 year old but because of my age I probably will be entering menopause/perimenopause.... I am not sure what niche to focus on lol.... busy moms, woman heading into menopause or corporate woman....
The easiest way to see what "hits" and what to focus on is to start testing out different messages and posts and see what lands and what you enjoy talking about. I also believe i sent you an email, if you'd like to chat this through further! :)
Hey Antonia! That niche would be coaching people who are doing peloton classes. Many want to lose weight, as well as fuel their cycling sessions. It's just focusing your content and talking to them directly and their lingo (fav instructors, rides, output, cadence etc)
@@drmarcmethod thanks for this - but I really don’t see how that classifies as a niche….. just coz they do peloton classes, doesn’t mean they have the same struggles or desires. Sorry it just seems super vague and not really anything… prob not getting it but thanks for sharing your thoughts

Thank you for sharing!!! I keep telling people, "the riches are in the niches," and you make it easy, practical AND profitable :)
