    There sure has been a lot of their stuff show up on RUclips this summer it's great to see that happen. They are amazing, and really nice too.

    @seanforourke I recall seeing SOLAS at the Irish Heritage Center in Chicago, and having my head
    comPLETEly turned around as to the function of the guitar in a band like that. Doyle covered
    Bass, Drums and guitar all in one fell swoop... really inCREDible!!! Of course, it helped a lot to
    have such a great band behind you !!

    JD must have the most powerful neck muscles in
    all of Celtic music.. and he is an AWEsome player,
    of course.Scope out his vid "John Doyle: Guitar Reels"
    (unaccompanied) ... just STAGGering...
    The chemistry between the two musicians here
    is breathtaking.

    So rare to have proper Irish guitaring
