Hahaha me too. I never played zombies WaW because it scared me. I played zombies on BO1 and it was great and I never realized Nacht Der Untoten was the old WaW map. It was nowhere near as scary.
For anyone trying to 100% BO2 but are getting blocked by the Big Leagues trophy/achievement you can find a public video in the multiplayer video share that unlocks all achievements for the game. Of course don't use this to skip all of the work for the other trophys/achievements only use it to get the Big Leagues trophy since its no longer obtainable
For those tempted to do this, doing this will get you banned by most of the popular Trophy hunting websites. Course, if you don't care about those and are just doing it for yourself, no shame in doing so
Thoroughly enjoyed this. The PS3 era of COD will absolutely never be topped, for many of the reasons you outlined. Looking forward to seeing how you get on with some of the abysmal entries that released on PS4.
None of the COD games in recent memory are bad. Black Ops 3 had a terrible campaign but a solid multiplayer and the best zombies. Infinite Warfare had a terrible multiplayer but a solid zombies and amazing campaign. COD WW2 is just mediocre. Black Ops 4 isn’t for everyone but isn’t bad. Modern Warfare and Cold War were good titles and then we have Vanguard which is the only genuinely garbage COD game.

If I did not watch this video, I wouldn't know that I finished the COD Classic on Veteran mode on the first time I touched the game when I was a kid. It was so brutal and kept on questioning why there wasn't a heal pack like when I saw my friend play it. Thank you for bringing back so many memories!

Wow, I didn’t know I needed this commentary on MW2. I know the story so well but I guess I was too young to really care about paying attention to it. But it blows my mind the amount of stuff I didn’t realize until watching this. Awesome content.
I know it's your own preference opinion, but Black ops 2's story is a masterpiece bro wdym, alternate endings aren't actually bad. you get your own special ending based on your choices, and if you were the type of player to go the extra mile you get rewarded with a happy ending. the average of players get a neutral one and honestly i liked all of them, felt like every one of them is actually great and gets you in the feels.
Me and a few friends got "One Giant Leap" for BO1 zombies without knowing it was a trophy, we were just desperate to get out of the spawn area when we accidentally let the two drills go down. I was shocked when it worked, and more shocked when there was a (1.1%) trophy for it.
dude major respect for completing cod 1 on the ps3...i raged so hard when i played it on vet and i was on pc. seriously huge props for completing a whole chunk of the cod games, cant wait for part 2!
Ive only platinumed MW2, black ops and MW3. Ive almost done advanced warfare as well. Kind of want to do this myself now. Well done for this massive accomplishment.

i really liked ghosts and i thought it was a good game but it was hard to follow up bo2 i hope they make a sequel eventually edit: bo1, ghosts, and advanced warfare are my favorite cods and i think theyre very overhated
Beat BO1 and Ghost but haven't completed AW yet. Ghosts is a good game and I recently picked up a copy on the PS3 and I'm looking forward to it. It had issues but didn't deserve all the hate, I personally hope they do a sequel so we can see how the story ends. Advanced Warfare on the other hand is really great, got about halfway through the game and its a really fun experience, it would be great to see the series dabble in futuristic stuff again.

Just imagine. World at war has just released, you play through the epic campaign. You finish the last mission expecting the credits and then back to main menu. But then another cutscene appears, and you sit there on your own wondering what on earth is this. Then the screen shows in scary red text Nazi Zombies and you spawn in with round 1 showing in creepy building with even more creepy sounds. Man if only they made games like this again absolutely fantastic. I miss the old days man
IMO this era of Platinums was SUPER FUN! Sadly. The PS4/5 era and the addiction of Zombie Easter eggs constantly made this super not worth it for me to pursue. Not only did the games become bad because Cod was no longer smother to play than most games. But also the games were irrelevant IRL for people outside the USA. Literally only did WW2’s platinum cause my IRL friends had PS+ and we wanted to revive the good old days. Also IMO BO3 deserves its own video. Not only is the game not appealing to platinum cause the campaign sucks. But the requirements are ABSURD unless you have a good partner. Deathless veteran sounds hard, but playing it with friends makes it a cake walk, Simulation realistic feels impossible… but we live in 2023 and there is a lot of footage you can try to replicate. Shadows of Evil should have been a DLC map. Casuals hated that map.

Imo the only time multiplayer achievements/trophies are acceptable are when the game is EXCLUSIVELY multiplayer and its ironic that the only game with a significant amount of multiplayer trophies in this video is a strong case for why multiplayer trophies shouldn't be a thing.
For bo2, what stopped my progress with "giant accomplishment" was the campaign challenges for the top down missions, specifically the one that takes place on Cargo. I said too many swears for my age because of that mission lol

Your desire for multiplayer trophies is really strange. By your own admission if you didn't play a game on its release date a platimum would be unachievable and you still want for developers to inculde multiplayer achievements into their games? How about just making a separate category for them like for dlc so that in the future people could still try and get the platinum without the ever present threat of a servers shutdown. Then again we're all heading into the desolate landscape that is games as a service so that's probably a moot point to begin with.

I love the point that Makarov makes by saying “No Russian”, when I was younger I though it was just a dumblinw but when I got older and my brain started working I realized what the whole plan was, now I’ve played those campaigns so many times I can tell you the entire story from start to finish if you asked, and even little details in between, I love the MW franchise and I wish the new one was just as good

World at war will forever hold a little place in my heart. It was not only my first COD online but my first online game in general. Going online with my PS3 just was a new world for me. Best cod will still be mw2.
Hmmmm, I guess that's a difference between the PC version and the console version of CoD1, I just fairly recently played all the CoD games in order and for some reason I decided it was a good idea to play CoD1 on veteran, and there very much was health packs throughout the game, there weren't many of them, but the did exist, and I know for sure that I was on veteran, I remember starring at the difficulty setting at one point debating on if I would turn it down or not but never did.

The mission Vendetta is a great mission but when you realize its a shoot for shoot ripoff of the Movie "Enemy at the Gates" You see how much creativity didn't exist when it come to Call of Duty.
I will say 2 things about this series. That World at War Vendetta sniper killed more players than the entirety of of the COD franchise combine. And 2 Elena Siegman is a STAPLE in my playlists. Her entire zombies music series is ICONIC and I will not be told otherwise
Bo1 imo is still my favorite call of duty. When it got to the point in the video where you were going over it I kept getting goosebumps. I think it is probably my favorite game of all time. It literally has everything. A banger story (imo the best one of all time), Banger multiplayer, and banger zombies 2nd only to black ops 3's zombies. Bo1 is just the GOAT.
Wow your take on AW is honestly so bad. That game is what got me back into cod the skill gap created with advance movement made the game so fun for comp. When people say they didn’t like it I immediately just assume they couldn’t adapt.

i have beat every cod on veteran, EXCEPT cod classic. difficult but doable, that soviet mission made me quit though. no checkpoint, die in one hit, close quarters. probably the hardest mission in the series. after cod5 WAW veteran became easier with each new game. these days veteran is like easy mode in cod 3 lol
Mw3 is not the least beloved , in fact it’s the more alive of all the MW gale even recent one , that’s probably the most beloved but we came from a time of playing mw2 so all people of our age will talk about mw2 , take the génération after us , they will love mw3 and at least they keep it alive

I love the point that Makarov makes by saying “No Russian”, when I was younger I though it was just a dumblinw but when I got older and my brain started working I realized what the whole plan was, now I’ve played those campaigns so many times I can tell you the entire story from start to finish if you asked, and even little details in between, I love the MW franchise and I wish the new one was just as good

For multiplayer trophies I’d rather there be a separate section of trophies for multiplayer like some games or like dlcs

Hmmmm, I guess that's a difference between the PC version and the console version of CoD1, I just fairly recently played all the CoD games in order and for some reason I decided it was a good idea to play CoD1 on veteran, and there very much was health packs throughout the game, there weren't many of them, but the did exist, and I know for sure that I was on veteran, I remember starring at the difficulty setting at one point debating on if I would turn it down or not but never did.

The mission Vendetta is a great mission but when you realize its a shoot for shoot ripoff of the Movie "Enemy at the Gates" You see how much creativity didn't exist when it come to Call of Duty.

I will say 2 things about this series. That World at War Vendetta sniper killed more players than the entirety of of the COD franchise combine. And 2 Elena Siegman is a STAPLE in my playlists. Her entire zombies music series is ICONIC and I will not be told otherwise

Bo1 imo is still my favorite call of duty. When it got to the point in the video where you were going over it I kept getting goosebumps. I think it is probably my favorite game of all time. It literally has everything. A banger story (imo the best one of all time), Banger multiplayer, and banger zombies 2nd only to black ops 3's zombies. Bo1 is just the GOAT.
Wow your take on AW is honestly so bad. That game is what got me back into cod the skill gap created with advance movement made the game so fun for comp. When people say they didn’t like it I immediately just assume they couldn’t adapt.

Absolutely fantastic vid, I can’t wait for the second part. My only critique is that I would have liked to see the video broken up into segments for each game so you can skip around in the vid not saying make separate vids for each one but to have time stamps for each section.
i have beat every cod on veteran, EXCEPT cod classic.
difficult but doable, that soviet mission made me quit though. no checkpoint, die in one hit, close quarters. probably the hardest mission in the series.
after cod5 WAW veteran became easier with each new game. these days veteran is like easy mode in cod 3 lol
Mw3 is not the least beloved , in fact it’s the more alive of all the MW gale even recent one , that’s probably the most beloved but we came from a time of playing mw2 so all people of our age will talk about mw2 , take the génération after us , they will love mw3 and at least they keep it alive
