Have a pair of these , also with a tube amp ,
They never , never sound sharp , and even when they sound a bit hot , is always within the normal range of acceptance , contrary to other loudspeakers ,
Absolutely astounding little speakers , using them near field is a dream ,
I will be upgrading to 40.3xd when funds permit , but I will never sold this little ones
