RODTEP is Remission of Duties or Taxes on Export ProductsRoDTEP envisages to reimburse the taxes and duties incurred by exporters, not exempted/reimbursed
by any other scheme, for example: Local taxes, Coal Cess, other embedded taxes, Central & State taxes of Petroleum, Diesel, CNG etc used in transportaion, duties levied on electricity, toll taxes, etc
India will now have exports free from taxes with RoDTEP.

I have a question, I have seen many videos of yours in which you have said that after 1991 99.99% products are free to export and no duty need to be paid for exporting, but in this video you said that we need to do custom clearance also.
So does that means that we need to pay custom duty?
Can you please explain?
Customs clearance for export does not mean payment. They do not charge. But they evaluate the cargo, product, certificates and comment for correction if discrepancy found.

You need only IEC for importing. And for Cashews, please get samples from the supplier and get the sample approved by FSSAI before placing an import order.
