Just got the 360 but kinda flat without sub connected. Im interested in checking SE out currently £54 and I got stage 360 for £150. If im happy with clarity from 360 night mode with -5 sub would you say its worth downgrading? im interested in treble and bass control and vocal enhacement tbh ive not even tested the 360 properly as of yet 😅 but really happy with it so far with the current eq setting as its working really well with a lot of trance tracks making them shine & pop with extra details and nothing being drowned out and spatial feeling with snares feels better compared to the wide or movie mode but i prefer night mode overall witb sub bass dialled all the way down / sometimes -4. Kinda curious if katana v2 would be better for music as its full range drivers (centre speaker for accurate vocals) but some say 360 is currently the best. Flat speaker on desk is kinda good because punch soundbar with bass radiotors might shake my wooden desk with ugly hollow bass unlike stage 360 which doesnt have passive radiators. Havent tested 360 stage with films yet but if its bad then ill pick this up asap to test it out. Also wondering if you can you use clear dialogue & surround simultaneously on SE?
Returned stage 360 and yamaha cr20a and kept Panasonic soundslayer (£150 used) nd Stage SE (£54 new) 😅 very happy right now. Stage se is my daily driver but when I need high res or dolby atmos as htpc content consumption I reach out to the slayer perfect happy medium as its so punchy and surround/voice and +2 treble makes this bar sound like a high res bar its insane both perfect for trance music and all other complicated genres but other two were no good. Faith restored in Creative, just wondering still does Katana v2 sound closer to stage 360 or stage se please ? (Sound quality/ punchiness mainly not the sub bass region)
Do you think this is suitable for use with a TV in a small living room? I can't get a proper soundbar with a subwoofer due to my tv console set up, so I'm considering this instead.
Yeah absolutely. Of course not having that separate subwoofer means bass in comparison can be lacking, but for a nice all around sound, it's a decent little soundbar. I use mine under my monitor and it's definitely decent enough for gaming for me. You might also want to check out the Stage 360. It's still a small form factor, but it has a skinny subwoofer too for that bass reproduction.
Is it better this Creative STAGE SE or the Energy Sistem GAMING SOUNDBAR ESG 4?

Yeah the 360 definitely needs that sub.
