I'm 28 and developed subclinical hypothydorism, joint issues, skin problems, hair loss, severe fatigue, raynauds disease a while ago, because of constant stress and worrying. Probably because of undiagnosed ADHD that I had to mask when I still lived at home. People used to describe me as a calm and quiet person, but that's actually not at all who I am. The constant stress fucked my life up untill I moved out of my parents house and moved in with my boyfriend who has ADD and realized I probably have severe ADHD. Now I'm finally learning how to be kind to myself and starting to take care of my mental health and it's changing my life. I've stopped to take antidepressants after 10 years and at first I got a lot of anxiety because of it, but now I feel so much better than when I took them.

I feel like our entire society is set up for stress on the human mind. We all have generational trauma and I truly believe we are not supposed to be this divided. We’ve lost all genuine connection & life is lonely & hard. Native people were connected to the earth, community and spirit. I wonder how many of them have mental health issues?

Yes all of this mental illness was caused by new age

You’re exactly correct. But, you don’t have to live chained to those beliefs. I lived a long time miserable, blaming colonisation, society, racism, generational trauma, health care, education systems, all of it for my mental health issues. I was indeed a victim. But the thing about being a ‘victim’ is they don’t tell you how much strength and power you have. How you can live in poverty and still be happy. How you don’t need a health care system to keep you healthy. How you don’t need an education to learn new things every day. How you can heal your past and create a fruitful future despite not having an easy upbringing. How you can move through society without being harmed by it. All thanks to Uncle Joes work 🙏🏽

@@yoursofunnyman Your comment is gold. An entire generation is being told there is no hope, everything is doomed. Noone tells them that they can fix things for themselves by taking accountability and making changes in their own life.

This is so me😭😭😭😭i thought i had herpes just because my bf told me he was sick with body pain. I started having headache and just assumed maybe he had herpes and give it to me. And started to feel all the symptoms of herpes outbreak. I was googling my symptoms, the pain was unbearable. I was crying, I went to see my doctor, she did a physical examination, no signs of sores, no rash, nothing. All the tests came back negative. The minute i left her office, all my symptoms disappeared. No pain at all. THIS DOCTOR IS TELLING THE TRUTH.😢

Thankyou Doctor Joe and team for your endless pursuit of higher knowledge and paying it forward for us all to learn and apply. We need to minimise the time between acquisition of this knowledge and the actual application of it. Why must we wait for something to happen in life to then fall back on this work.

By living in the present and focusing on the things you can control.
There is no such thing as worry or anxiousness in the present.
You have control in the present.
I’m not saying this is easy, but that’s how.

Being kind, peaceful and humble regardless of circumstances is exactly what Christ demands! He was right when he said that he is the truth and the life. You may reject him, but then you gotta face the consequences in ur life.

I read a book years ago, titled, "Mind as Healer, Mind as Slayer" authored by Keneth R. Pelletier, in which he puts forth these very ideas.
Thanks for having De. Joe Dispenza as your guest as he served as a reminder about these concepts, which I'd forgotten.

Maybe try reserving judgement until you’ve watched the video of the entire interview and not just a clip. I’ll admit, when I watched the first few minutes I thought he might be too much a guru for me. But after watching the whole thing, I was extremely impressed and inspired by this information. Being a nurse 39 years as well as a believer in the use of whole health and the mind/body connection, I’ve always been interested in information like this, for myself as well as my patients.
Years ago (Maybe 2001) I attended a seminar and read the book of a man named Mitch Tate. His book was called the Truth about Stress. Mitch was the Director of the Center for lifestyle and disease control in our area and his job was to try to lower the numbers of cholesterol and blood pressure etc when traditional methods like medication, exercise etc. had failed.
He sighted government studies on the brain and how our thoughts and words we verbalized actually changed whether our bodies would treat our daily activities as a crisis (like Dr Joe spoke of) back then. And said that the reason why we are sick, and under so much stress is because we basically live like we are in crisis mode most of our lives, and our bodies are only meant to be in crisis mode for at most two weeks.
Seems like they have science to back up their findings and both are very educated men. 🤷🏻‍♀️

All these concepts are Presented by Krishna in Bhagavad Gita in language called Sanskrit By Sri Krishna a Million years ago. Now all these are in English saying "we found" . Old wine in New Bottle. Finally All came to the word OM (I am ), dhyana, Yoga, Atman, Paramatma, Moksha, telling this in english and Astro Physics terms.. OM..
