Is this house finished? I would expect at this price range to have a custom closet already built and some privacy landscaping from the house next door.
Custom closet can be done during the purchase process. Unfortunately landscaping has been done, and neighbor has restrictions on what kind of plants or trees. This house was on hold and might find its new owner when I last check it.
