We’re going home to watch our favourite Farmers in the world 🌎.Looks like Father Phil spending money again will have to wait and see.Good luck 🍀 and keep safe GodBless.😂
First thing I love about this is that Father and son had time together doing somehing both have an interest in. I have 4 children very close in age and I have always struggled to give them the one to one time I felt they deserved. Second the machines, omg, who knew there were people constantly improving and designing plant to help save time. I have a huge interest in all the content of your channel. I was reared on a fairly good sized farm. My children are 4th generation of the family to be born and reared here. They are nearly grown themselves now (21,20,17&16). They don't farm as the fam got carved up in inheritance and only my small piece remains. By watching your channel and a couple of others, keeps me connected with the land. Thank you and my best wishes to you all for 2023. Ingrid in Sligo.
Looks like you lads had a good day that looks like some show of machinery like a farm lads toy shop i live not far from where the Stewart trailers are made.
good video very interesting nice that farmer phill introduced everyone to the camera and it is great to see farmer Phil and often mentioned but rarely seen father LOL , goona be a bit hard to hid it in the back of the shed from father when you have him at the show PMSL
Those Merlo with the rear linkage would be better with the power train from the NH t5. The Merlo being only a hydrostatic I would think will let it down but what do I know. OK for a bit of work but not days worth, though I have seen a short video of one working.
I was a bit gobsmacked by the size of some of the kit on display, you’d think that you were in the u.s. or Canada, that massive self propelled slurry tanker wouldn’t get down the roads around here don’t mind turn into a field, you’d be wasting your time bringing that into a 5 acre paddock and a lot of the paddocks we spread are only 2 acres, the guy that has 3 of them must have a complete night mare trying to manage the logistics to keep them busy, just imagine nurse tanks , pumps, trucks, for gods sake trying to keep diesel up to them all would be a full time job for someone! And I thought our 3500 gallon was a big tank till I saw the stuff at lamma, sure it’s only a little Micky mouse bit of kit in some parts of the world.
I went to that exact place and exact site that you are in in this video,(I think!!) literally 3 or 4 weeks ago, it was the (motorcycle live) event in the NEC right beside bermingham airport, now I could be very very wrong you could be in a completely different place and very far away from Birmingham airport but I’m just saying from what I see in the background it looks exactly like the hangers I seen like the very same place that I spent 8 hours trying to find my way around the place 😂😂
Joe Seels and his misses and a lad that works for him, just walked past ye Phil when ye where at the Combine with the 40ft header, he's a RUclipsr as well , he is a big beef farmer
What ever ya do do not drink a pint of Guinness in any of the hotels outside bermingham airport, good lort 16,20 pound - 17 odd yoyo for a pint of pure muck, now don’t get me wrong I would drijg Guinness out of a sweaty welly boot but bedalort i have never had pint of Guinness as bad as they serve near to the air port, go 10k away from the airport and it’s a little bit cheaper and a little bit tastier, near the air port they don’t even do the double poor where ya pour a bit let it set them top it up, they just set the glass down on the bar under the tap and pour until it’s full, they have no idea how to pull a pint of Guinness
great to see a father and son being such good friends also, great video lads
