Sometimes when we talking about things of the kingdom we sound like we are selling forex 😂, it’s such an explainable and inexplainable thing and you get to the point where you wish you could take off what you’re experiencing to give it to someone else for a few minutes like Moses requested God to do so people can taste and see!! that it sooo tasty. Glory to God for this platform. I always say the hardest thing about being a Christian while African is accepting you were wrong all along, the process of unlearning that follows that acceptance is even harder. That is why most people find it hard to only focus on Christ because they have to accept they were wrong. And the learning and unlearning never stops🥹

There's something some call Gospel minus, then there's the Gospel and also there's the Gospel plus. I can't help but feel that this learned lady leans towards the Gospel Plus. The Gospel plus insinuates that Christians should also be rich and not get sick. It also overstretches what taking dominion over creation means. It's the TD Jake's flavoured take of what the real Gospel is... I could be misunderstanding but I get a sense that she is leaning towards the Gospel Plus.
Thank you for your comment and your respectful way of articulating it. Wherever I am wrong, may I stay yielded to His correction. I don't really listen to the TD Jake's and Co, so I can't say if I lean in that direction, but if you do and that's what you hear, no one can argue with you. I am not certain there is any way to exaggerate the dominion we have been given. The fallen state of man has meant we unfortunately have not attained that dominion. But as Paul says, we press. I totally and unapologetically subscribe to a doctrine that says we should not get sick. But unfortunately we do. But should we? no we shouldn't. His Word says so. But it's the reality of the fallen world. Some have conquered and some are still bound in sickness. This does not make one a better Christian than the other. It just means there is a faith that has been unlocked and put to work on that area of promise. Anyway, thank you and God bless you
@lifeofinterruptions4044 Thank you for your response. I suppose this is where we differ greatly. I believe people get sick because we are in a fallen world, just like born again people fall into sin and repent (and I don't mean indulging in sin as a way of life, but sin because though born again, we are in a fallen world and we are not perfected yet). So I wouldn't say, I sin because I haven't unlocked faith that will lead to perfection, but I sin because I'm not yet perfect. So people get sick and heal, and sometimes not heal because again, we are not perfect, not because there's a faith that's not been unlocked.
