Pile 1 I think this has to do with my current job. I've worked there in the Eye Clinic 15 years and the institution VA hospital in total of 36 years ( in 2 different departments). I thought that after working so many years I would get some type of respect for my person and work but it didn't happen. I noticed that if I didn't " engratiate" myself to this higher ups positions, I was overlooked,bullied and depreciated. I was depressed, angry, tired and ready to leave. However, I don't have the means to leave right away. I'm planning to retire in April God willing. Pile 1 I think this has to do with my current job. I've worked there in the Eye Clinic 15 years and the institution VA hospital in total of 36 years ( in 2 different departments). I thought that after working so many years I would get some type of respect for my person and work but it didn't happen. I noticed that if I didn't " engratiate" myself to this higher ups positions, I was overlooked,bullied and depreciated. I was depressed, angry, tired and ready to leave. However, I don't have the means to leave right away. I'm planning to retire in April God willing. If they realize they were wrong and apologize that is ok however I still am leaving April or after that because I lost my trust and respect for the people I was working for. I am grateful to know that someone realized I am not the "enemy" . Beautiful reading and advice thank you Liz here ❤️🙏👍
