This thing should be a mild hybrid and it should have a passenger massage seat, especially at this price point.

@chad_rs I would agree to that, I would like to see 450-500hp dual message seat rears be nice too.. still love our GV70 amazing car.

Dear Genesis, I've been a fan since the brand launched. I agree with the comment that at this price point, omitting massaging seat on the passenger side is no longer justifiable. Looking forward to purchasing GV80 after I retire G80 in few years.
Also, I would ask you, as one of the most innovative car brands, please consider making a wagon version of your sedan? :) You don't bring the G80 Sportbrake to America, but I would love to see G08 or G90 Sportbrake. As much as I love GV80, I want to driving around less car. I wish you success. The upcoming GV90 will be another milestone for Genesis. Looking forward to it!!!

Regarding the Lane Keeping Assist and Lane Follow Assist you mentioned, it is actually a button on the steering wheel. The button with lanes and a steering wheel icon next to the smart cruise distance button is how to use it. Short press for Lane Follow Assist (centering) on or off, long press for Lane Keep Assist on and off.

    • @naveenthemachine

      That’s a minor problem
Because the car matters more than the brand
Besides you can have Genesis pick up your car and drop off a loaner.

    • @MrGeezil

There are a lot of standalone Genesis delearships plus you don’t even have to go to delearship. They can drop off a loaner and pick up ya car for service. Keep living in the pass.

I own a German car, bought it brand new in 2016, just under 100k, kept in a garage when not in use only 23k miles, body / interior perfect condition aside of a few curb scraps on the aluminum wheels , depreciation trade in value 29k….unless it’s a rare vintage car you don’t buy them for investments, you will find one of the worst but they can be a pleasure to own

Agree...Unless you plan to drive 20 years, then maybe. But if you change car every 5 years, reliability of most cars can handle the time period, especially the Koreans, they have really stepped up their reliability. People somehow forget that companies improves, not stay stagnant and go out of business. But many people still cannot accept Korea can make beautiful and reliable cars. I take these people are projecting their inability to improve themselves onto something they used to hate: "If I cannot improve myself, so do you". Selfish ignorant mindset to me.
Hint: even Range Rovers are improving their reliability, still long way but surely improving.

Hyundai dealer service in the United States is generally poor.
U.S. dealers need training and support to improve their professionalism and customer service to Korean levels.
American-made Hyundai and Kia cars have more problems than Korean-made cars.
Quality needs to be brought up to Korean levels.
