  • I have FINALLY released my NEW COURSE "Task Based Games to Rapidly Improve your Jiu-jitsu". These games are what you need to learn via trial & error. This is how we're meant to learn! I'm already getting so much great feedback, both from individual students and from schools that have already started using these games in class.
    In this video I show you how to work with Wrist Control, one of THE most important fundamental aspects of Jiu-jitsu. In my new course I have more than 50 Task Based Games for you to learn different areas of Jiu-jitsu via trial and error, while simplifying the complexity of it.

    ✍🏻TESTIMONIALS
    “It's honestly by far the greatest content I've seen on BJJ and I've bought, watched, and read over 50 hours of content in just this year alone.” Antoine B.
    “Kit Dale’s conceptual approach really works for me. As someone who only started training late in their early 30s it feels like a much more efficient way to learn. Which is important considering I have to scrape together hours to train each week between work and family commitments.” Cam G.
    "I watched volume 1 of The Art of Jiu Jitsu. Then I went to class and instantaneously performed effortless sweeps and maintained my base in every roll. I am shocked at how 3 principles stated out loud improved my game." Sean R.
    "The approach to Jiu Jitsu outlined in your videos are pure gold. Kit Dale is the Tim Ferris of Jiu Jitsu! Thank you for putting this out. I have a new plan for learning and to teach my wife & kids." Mike K.

    Simple drills like this are soooo effective. Just making it harder for you opponent to do anything just by proper fundamentals. Great stuff!

    Man, as someone who's been really getting into developing better wrist control and trying to develop a game based around double wrist locking Sakuraba style, this is super helpful!! Thank you!

      you can apply every game in this product to the Gi! I don't have any Gi specific games in this one, but I do teach people how to create their own games. Part 2 will involve a lot of Gi too :)

    If I bought the instructional a couple of weeks ago for you to put all the exercises on RUclips for free, I’m going to be pissed 😂

    I just bought the instructional, and started with this game. I really feel like it upped my game just from ten minutes of playing this from standing, guard top and guard bottom. I feel strong, because my opponent can't attack me without grips. Guard top tho, ya gotta watch for the triangle, really not extend your arms, or you'll get subbed. Just my observation.

      @Mr_Sh1tcoin look up chi sao. Way more proficient at mid range than what they are doing here. They're chasing hands and this will only work when two people are doing the same thing or the opponent doesn't know anything

      This is just one component of hand-fighting, obv there are many. More in the product! come wrestle and we'll try it out 😁

    • @S.N.T.247
      @S.N.T.247 Год назад

      @kitwarchilddale by hand fighting, you're chasing hands. I don't think it's the most effective. And are we wrestling or are we doing chi sao? Or are we fighting? Because if we are doing your game only, I don't wrestle. So you may have the advantage if we are doing what you're good at. But as far as combat, I don't think it's the most effective, it's still effective, just in my humble opinion, not the MOST effective.
