Absolutely; been looking for this for a long time. Feels like they were at the pinnacle of their careers--they'd logged their '10,000 hours' and were at the nexus of being totally comfortable together onstage, while still coming off as spontaneous and fresh. The banter is brilliant, and Ed was so brave in the suit! The set-list was amazing, and there seems to be genuine mutual appreciation between Ed and Steven. I followed the band from a concert at the Town Pump in Vancouver pre-Gordon around 1991, all the way through the years to the point where they gave Kevin the mic to sing some lead. That was the end.
I agree, it’s sad that most people I know only remember One Week and think the band is just another one hit wonder. Don’t get me wrong I love One Week but they have so many songs that are way better.
I was privileged to see Steven play in regent park on a random summer day. Honestly I think that was the best day of my life. Just Steven a guitar a cool guy on a sound box and a few people basking in his greatness. I'd give anything to go back to that day
I remember laughing so hard I cried when Ed put the hood on the bodysuit up. The husband and I still reference "Banjo Beelzebub" now and then. :D Thanks for sharing this classic!
Fkn love this band ❤🔥Saw them just this year in Greensboro after listening to them my whole life. Wish I had seen them when Steven was still in. Goodness ❤❤❤
I can't help but wonder if a bonus for being considered to play at the Olympics was the fact that BNL was used to cold weather being from Canada! Great band! Thanks for sharing!!
If the issue was the cocaine arrest, I feel Ed and the boys should've backed and supported Steven. But to end things permanently ? DAMN ! And why can't they work things out for just one tour or one show even ? The BNL need Steven Page to be BNL as would be the same had Ed left.

Thanks for the time stamps!
I was there live, and it was SOOOOOO much fun!!! I've seen them live a ton of times - every chance I get - and they never disappoint.
I watched it live, it was a great concert and the best of the late night 2002 Olympic concerts by far.
As successful as this band is/was they are vastly under appreciated. Thanks so much for this video!!

How awesome was it to see Steven Page back on stage with 'em at the 2018 Juno Awards? :D
chrometoaster Absolutely amazing...
Yes, but Steve did permanent damage to his relationships with his coke use & bust.
@@jeffreyjensen1055 it is known. and very sad. I hope he's on a better path now.

God, I miss this (whole) band! Thanks for posting.
I know, saw them last year with Hootie, and while they were good, they're missing so much without Page.

Great video. Thanks for posting.
I LOVE BNL...but I really miss Steven Page. His voice added such a nice layer to the band's songs.
Wish they could work it out.

You were only off by 20 years.
They came back together for a performance at the Juno's this past year
TovaShai Thanks for sharing that. We should be grateful they were together as long as they were. Most bands phase out pretty quickly these days.

Playing guitar or any instrument in the cold is awful. Kudos to them for making it look like they were having fun. I can assure you, it’s not
