Hon. Semujju,after listening to your submission about the mpuuga saga and the many voices out there I think hon. Mpuuga being your friend it's logical for you to sign the censure motion so that given according to you that he took the money legally he will be exonerated on the floor of parliament forever. This is like a DNA situation. But why stifle the debate....it's very worrying suspicious and obnoxious in all aspects.
