Hey there. I have a windows 10 laptop and i want to connect my touchmix 30 pro to it. I installed the qsc driver for windows as well as Asio4all. Still when i connect my mixer to it, it says, "device not detected". Any solution to this?
I can’t find any videos saying wether or not the unit can multi track into the DAW with the effects actually printing to the track. If I EQ my kick, will it track the EQ with the kick, just like when I run the kick mic through an analog EQ and those EQ moves are in the track. Thanks in advance, these videos are great!! 👍🏻👍🏻
No, it is not possible, in DAW mode you have connected only QSC preamps into your DAW, no QSC internal processing can be recorded but you can monitoring with them.
@@gabrielstaniecki from what I got it: after you recorded a dry track you can send it back to the mixer and then use the same presets you used for monitoring and play and record it again with the effects. They showed it in the end of the video
@@musicsimplyexplained Yes, it is possible but the question was regarding use of DAW mode in real time. Then you do not have available on- board processing.
What other software I could use instead of ASIO for Windows 10 to work with the DAW? I've downloaded ASIO, which was one that was recommended, but when I install it, it sends me to their website, which is awfully strange for a driver. Can anyone recommend another driver, than ASIO? Thanks. BTW I am using the QSC 30 PRO.
Hey is there a way to send the processed audio from the DAW to an Output on the mixer ?
Thanks for the tutorial, please help to send the Asio driver link for download

Hey Mad Mike - did you end up getting an answer on this ? I'd be keen to know as well. Cheers, Steve
@@rockon856 not really, it’s a great mixer, but they really want you to use the usb it seems.

So aim for average -10 to 12 db or setup into to yellow and avoid clipping to record tracks?

Hello! I have a TouchMix 16, can I use it as an Audio Interface for Logic Pro?
I don't mean it for a live performance, I want to use it just as an Audio Interface to record some guitars and voices in Logic Pro. How do I do it? 🙏🏽
