- This is the 126th Philippine Independence Anniversary Parade for its 34th annual celebration on Madison Avenue, New York City on June 2, 2024! This year's parade featured cultural shows, dances, and festivities including Kuyamis Festival Performances from Misamis Oriental, showcasing a part of the rich heritage of the Philippines. The exciting event brought together Filipinos and friends from all over the world.

Ang parada ay para sa independence na nakamit natin long long time ago. Wag.nyo ng haluan ng pulitika.
Nagsasaya at nag cecelebrate lng sila.
..dpat magsiuwi sila..para ramdam din nila ang pananakop ng Tsekwa..at para lubos maramdaman ang Independence..kung mayroon pa..

In our State and other State, we likewise celebrate Philippine Independence the whole week with Filipino cultural activities such as parade, picnic, Gala night coronation of BQs, Philippine flag raising, Cultural show and Fiesta and Maria Elena, and many more, but just not as big a Filipino crowd. We also have our own Simbang Gabi on Christmas.
