Gemstones do hold tremendous power, however, the biggest problem is keeping eye out in case it doesn't crack while wearing, because if it cracks then you can have very bad side effects. So with Gemstones have to be extra careful along with Rudraksha. I would prefer a universal benefiter like Pure Iron, and Pure Silver, prayers, cleanliness inside out house and yourself.
When Gemstone cracks it will not give negative effect, it will simply stop working.

I agreed with a lot she had to say except for the gemstones with flaws.. The texts specifically say do not wear these gemstones.
One is advised not to wear a gem of poor quality or that is incompatible even if it is set together with the divine Kaustabha jewel. For as a host of saints lose their status by association with a single impure outcast, in the same way even one low quality or incompatible stone can spoil and entire setting of precious gems.
A ruby, although genuine, should not be worn if it has strong color banding, excessive inclusions within like numerous internal cracks, a sandy appearance, a rough surface, or is dull and lusterless. Anyone using such a flawed ruby, even out of ignorance, will suffer from disease, or loss of fortune. ---Sri Garuda Puranam: Chap. 70
Although a diamond may appear flawless internally, if any of its natural crystal edges appear fractured, or if it possesses an abraded, withered, or rough surface, it should not be kept within one's house hold, for it can cause numerous ills.
Anyone wearing a seriously flowed or clouded diamond which refracts a reddish glimmer from defective facet edges, will surely be abandoned by the goddess of fortune. A diamond containing red spots will bring ruin.
A flawless diamond with an even out and smooth symmetrical facets, and a high degree of dispersion is rarely to be found even upon royal crowns.
Sri Garuda Puranam: Chap. 68-b
Emeralds considered inauspicious are blackish, devoid of luster, appearing dirty inside or dried and brittle. Anyone concerned with their own well-being should never purchase or wear any oiled, dyed, or treated emerald. Also, emeralds of mixed colors are strictly forbidden.
Sri Garuda Puranam: Chap. 71
Any one respectfully wearing a pure quartz crystal set in gold will attain good fortune in this life and be protected from dangerous animals such as tigers, leopards, wolves, elephants, and lions. Pure quartz is also an amulet giving the wearer extraordinary sexual prowess. Wearing quartz while offering libations to departed ancestors insures them lasting happiness. It is also a talisman against drowning, burning and theft. These attributes pertain to pure flawless quartz, and knowledgeable gemologists advise that flawed varieties that are included, fractured, or discolored should be completely avoided. ---Sri Garuda Puranam: Chap. 76
Every Ruby, emerald, quartz in the world will have inclusions you just need to check with lens. If a ruby is flawless and natural it will be unaffordable. All Raw Diamonds are polished, cut using machines. Sometimes we need to look at what is written in scriptures not as rigid rules but rather as suggestions
@@Sakhashree yea it seems obvious they were talking about normal human sight, not under a lense. But there are a ton of high quality ‘crystal’ gems of all types that are flawless to the eye or mostly flawless (for instance it never said ruby had to be 100% flawless) its clearly talking about very high quality crystals though. And yes they are expensive but not unattainable. In my opinion better to wear a flawless or near flawless red garnet of crystal gem quality than a ruby thats not a crystal gem which has no luster and life but just rock and not a transparent clean crystal. I think theres a huge reason why so many do not get the correct or bad results. Because they wear very flawed gems. In first world countries the high quality gems are readily available but you will pay for it. If you cant afford it, choose the affordable secondary stone. For instance a near flawless and for sure 100% eye clean deep colored afgani or columbian emerald of 3 carats is about 12k usd per carat. Rockefellers 17 carat super clean deep color emerald sold for 5.5 million. These gems do exist. But a flawless (to the naked eye) apple green very nice color burma peridot one can get in around 3 carats to 5 for 100 usd per carat. For a 20 carat peridot its going to be a lot more depending on the stone but 3-7k. Its attainable compared to 36k emerald, or 5 million emerald.
I think the texts ard clear on crystal quality gems. Not dull, lifeless rock which cannot be called a gem

The cats eye property is visible in many stones of different colour but it just a optical refelction phenomena. From therapy perspective the cats eye stones used are normally quartz and chrysoberyl

mam only some people can have milk, others are lactose intolerant, they get upset stomach after having milk, so definitely they cant have milk bcoz its not suiting them, milk is for everyone providing calcium and protein, still some people cant have it, whats the explanation for this?
If a person is lactose intolerant there are many other rich calcium and protein items they can consume. Every body is unique and functions differently.

Yes the suggested gemstones fingers remain the same for men and women. However fingers alternate if you are left handed by birth
